I even bought the DVD in 2001 when i got my player and blu in 2011 and recently UHD 4K as it looks/sounds amazing in it's new restoration. I was the first Disc Jocky in Nashville, Tennessee to play this song on 91 ROCK, WRVU-FM. Got a copy as quick as I could from the Record Rep., got it back to the station owned by Vanderbilt University (Vanderbilt Student Communications), and had it on that afternoon. The Commercial Album Rock Station in the market wouldn't play it for a while. WRVU was the only full time Album Rock Station at the time in Nashville. WVCP-FM 88.5 was just Album Rock at night in Nashville. Later, the station I owned in the 90s thru 2019 played it sometimes on AM 1560 WMRO, during the day.
I'm giving a lesson plan on heavy metal environmental chemistry tomorrow and all I can think about is playing this song at the start of the lecture, I've forgotten all the science parts

She's riding on razor's edge
She holds her own against the boys
Yea, cuts through the crowd just like a wedge
Oh, can you feel the static
So many contacts being made
We got upfront fanatics
Tearing down the barricades
To reach the stage
Can you feel the rage
It's your one way ticket to midnight
Call it Heavy Metal
Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it Heavy Metal
Desperation on a red line
Call it Heavy Metal noise
Ow
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
It's your one way ticket to midnight
Call it Heavy Metal
Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it Heavy Metal
Desperation on a red line
Call it Heavy Metal
Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it Heavy Metal noise
Heavy Metal noise
Heavy Metal noise
Heavy Metal noise
Call it Heavy Metal!"
Smokin Bear you’re doing gods work
I bet you typed this at the same speed you rock demon🥵
Great tune from a awesome movie
Amen
Awesome song! Heard it from the episode "Major Boobage" from South Park. Kenny is awesome.
I ❤️Sammy Hagar So Much!!🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻✨
I was the first Disc Jocky in Nashville, Tennessee to play this song on 91 ROCK, WRVU-FM.
Truly great song from a great soundtrack from an amazing movie.
Made of Metal since 1982

Dad: Turn it off
Son: Why
Dad: We have bigger speakers in the Livingroom
Hagar is so underrated.
A lot of people have never heard most of his pre-Van Halen music.
Speed limits step aside.
@@gringo3002 Montrose vocalist! 💀🎧
@@jas31937 He was in several bands before Montrose. I've been told that Justice Brothers (with Sammy and David Lauser) recorded a demo in 1971.
The drums are so hard!!! That snare smacks!!
I'm giving a lesson plan on heavy metal environmental chemistry tomorrow and all I can think about is playing this song at the start of the lecture, I've forgotten all the science parts
I own the movie the soundtrack on cd and vinyl hell yea this kicked ass in my teen years it was a good intro to this music for me
Steve Arbore Not true, if I recall there were legal disputes with the music artist that prevented a home release for 15 years but as of now it's been settled, filmmaker Robert Rodriguez owns the rights to the movie now and it's been released on Bluray and DVD for quite awhile now.
Listen to this while high on cat piss!!!
Steve Arbore lol do you watch South Park dude? That was a reference to the episode "Major Boobage"
Steve Arbore lol, that episode was cool, but you gotta see more episodes man, South Park is awesome dude!!!
My doctor said I have low Testosterone and prescribed me this song, now im a sexual tyranosaurus
That’s a nasty habit you got there
😆
Get it right.....a GOD DAMN SEXUAL TYRANNOSAURUS...
Yeah, well strap this to your saurus.
Wrong movie reference. But great at the same time.
When Starfield comes out in September, this is the song I am going to be blasting the first time I blast off to the stars and dock in every station. HEAVY METAL!!!!
The song and movie went together like a hand and glove.
Awesome heavy metal song 🤘🤘
Oh fuck yeah. Where is my time machine. Plenty of cheap weed, drinking, cruising the main drag, the chicks were hot and loose. Please send me back to the early 80s when I was 19.
Take me with you!!
***** I was listening to Black Sabbath at 13, getting high as fuck on weed, stealing beer with my buddy from his dad's ref in the garage. We were fucking crazy little punks. I raised my kids with a watchful eye, I know kids with no supervision go off the tracks...well I did anyway...hahah
We all(mostly) got our shit together after quick starts back then. Turds today that careen off the rails at an early age seem to stay off now.
Got my classic bud booze and rocking tunes it's like 1976 all over again 😎
The guitar syncopation with the word "ticket" in the chorus is is so tight.
I dont always listen to Heavy Metal, but when i do, so does my neighbors
So *do* your neighbors. 😛
Head bangers in leather
Sparks flying in the dead of the night
It all comes together
When they turn out the lights
50 thousand watts of power
And its pushin overload
The beast is ready to devour
All the metal they can hold
About overload
Start to explode
It’s your one way ticket to midnight

Sin duda el mejor capítulo de south park con este temazo 😎👌
This is my Favorite song on Twisted Metal 💯❤❤🔥🔥 the game is better while this plays
>has a south park profile pic
>comment isn't a south park reference
Plot twist of the century
You came to a song that was in one of the best South Park episodes, have a South Park pfp and my guy’s talking about Twisted Metal
Classic Rock and Roll is and will always be the best!
As will THE PEOPLE who were raised and rocked in that era. I wouldn’t trade a single friend or moment from my life in the 80’s for all of the millennial Americans or for another 50 years in this woke shithole.
@@andrewcondrey9131 you poor thing. They really are irritating. Still not sure sammy hagar qualifies as awesome 80s genre 😅 ✌️. He ruined Van Halen!!! 😢
took forever to find this song. thank you.
The Red Rocker!
wanna get cheesed?
Did you bring the cats?
Pff, Plutonium Nyborg is the real shit, man!

Two words man:
NOSE DIIIIIIIIIVE!

I'm always listening to this song when I'm cheesing
Hahahahahha made my day so hard xD
Still remember when I first watched this movie so sick
Can't wait to see Sammy in Greenville, SC on October 25, 2023!
We need more music like this...
It's a great movie, and I love Matt Stone and Trey Parker for doing this in South Park...
The ironic thing is...I think I was high when I watched this movie. Have to thank my brother for making me watch this. XD
if you made it to this song then , your the 1% of awesome humans ... feel the metal rise inside you!
