I respect the packers but I never seen a 14 win team get this much disrespect. The media comparing this game to last year with the cowboys is crazy cuz the eagles have won against playoff teams in convincing fashion. If I was on the eagles I wouldn’t feel pressure cuz no matter what we do enough is never enough for anybody. I would just bring the us vs the world mentality.
Good, put that shit in the locker room for all the players to see and prep the underdog face masks ready to go. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Talk is just talk, what you do is what matters.
the reason it’s disrespectful is the Eagles with Hurts were in the Superbowl 2 seasons ago and have won a ton of games under Hurts including a 14-3 record this year. They also have the #1 defense that gave up the fewest points and their offense had the highest rushing average per game at just under 180 yards per game. They have talent throughout the starting roster. They should be one of the top 3 teams in the whole NFL expected to win the Superbowl
Biggest worry for me in this game is if we have to put the ball in Jake Elliot’s hands (or foot) I feel like they haven’t put much talk about our kicking situation, you need that in the playoffs more than ever
When Jake handles the kickoff, he is hands down better and just ready for field goals. I don't understand why the coaches can't just acknowledge that and say oh it makes no difference. Lol the product on TV shows otherwise
I don’t know how many coin tosses the eagles have won and what they’ve chosen, but for the majority of the games they’ve received second and then in the second half they receive the ball first so they are extremely used to doing that. Plus they are one of the best teams in the league in terms of TOP and time management. They are the team that’ll drag out a possession in order to be the last to have the ball in the first half and then receive in the second half. I almost think Philly would prefer it second because then their defense stops early plans immediately and immediately gets the opponent off kilter.
Yeah, the heart of an Eagle's fan is showing truly with this one. As long as neither side gets cocky, I think should be a close fun game. Go Pack Go :) P.S. When push comes to shove, all of the pressure is on Philly in this game. If the Packers lose, then it's "Well, they're the 7th seed and they had all these injuries and (blah, blah, blah) ...". If the Eagles lose...let's just say it will be a SPICY media cycle xD
The Eagles are clearly the more dominant team in this match up they’re 100% healthy rested. Jalen hurts. His finger is healed and getting out of concussion protocol finally back at practice all the while their main defender one of their top receivers and possibly even their quarterback is either not playing or is in question the Eagles have home-field advantage and the disrespect has been wild. The Eagles are 14-3 like what the hell are we even talking about?
Well Jacobs did have a bunch of yards in their first game with the packers and I think the eagles a worse statistically at stopping the run than the pass, partially because they consistently use lighter boxes. That being said, if they do man coverage which they probably will since the packers receivers haven’t been good against man, they can blitz more

add on top with the exception of the commanders, we’re slow and terrible in the first until defense gets stops
They defer when they win the coin toss

agreed, we’re gonna get eaten if we lose

Jalen is playing in front of Tom Brady on Sunday He’s gonna ball out 🤣🤣
Eagles always defer the ball as the defense likes going first. So even if GB score first, dont mean they score again.
If eagle is the best roster in the league, why they got three losses make it make sense to me
Please explain to me why the packers are gonna run on the eagles just because you say thats what they should do foesnt mean they can

Even if the Packers go up 14-0 the eagles won't be worried
