These bass drums sound like Cadets. The bass drum sound carries on the field, which is the sound most people are used to hearing. When muffled too much up close may ssound great for winter (WGI) and in the lot, the sound has a harder time blending with the rest of the ensemble.
I love all the geniuses telling them to tune the drums like 1) they know more than the Cadets drum staff and 2) that listening from the phone/computer speakers is what the staff had in mind when they tuned the drums. Shut up, you don’t know what you’re talking about lol
I can respect what they're doing and that style bass drumming. But for me I like them turn down a little lower than that. Well much lower so those babies can move air. Turn them down at a football stadium things have the whole stadium rocking
@@Iplayquad You did. By way of your statement, you made a critique of the Cadets…. as if a Cadets player weren’t able enough to play a bass drum in the center. Unless, Cadets teach that way?
I'm in my middle school marching band and we don't even do splits so why are u saying why other people hating when u the one hating they are like high schoolers we are only in middle school you can't expect us to be that good

look at their colors
It’s because they *are* the cadets

For real bro 😂
They should make it tighter
Everyone listening to this through their phone speakers:
“WhY dO ThE bASsEs sOUnD hOrRibLe🤓”
you can still tell that they haven’t been tuned in a while
Listening to it again on pc, it’s still pretty bad. This was probably just early season and haven’t done any serious maintenance yet.
Me on quality headphones hearing the bad tone
@@davisswetmon3589 no this is the tuning scheme they wanted and used
@Reece Bernard no yeah dawg they still sound bad and I’m using a 300 dollar headset and tired it on multiple different things
why does his bass drum sound like that?
No muffling
Cause these are what I called “white people drums”
It could be the mic not picking it up very well
@@Honkr no they just tune them like that
@@cool_beanos fuck muffling
The Legend B.L. So proud of you!!! 👍🏼👊🏼
Cool bass drum rhythm! I wish I could do that!

i love braxton lazurus
That's sensational
my man looks like jimmy hopkins
Hi braxton
Your killing me smalls
😂
always gotta prep
NickRewind Camila Cabello
These base drums sound horrible
They don't have any muffling
They sound good from a distance
They are tuned to sound good from the stands, not up close
it has a horrible sound maybe because it's a bass drum
Ask yamaha why it sounds horrible
longest prep omg
The upper basses sound make me 😩
Cadets bassline used to be top 3. Not they are hardly top 12 quality.
He was off 👂
May i know the size of the bassdrum?
👍👍👍👍👍
Bro it sounds like somebody put a hole in that drum
Where is the rrrrrr sound coming from💀
