I really like how the fight was basically martial arts, a close combat but not exactly fist fight and instead claws and sharp edges... Also alpha was right, without proper planning, you can't handle or solve a problem about carnivorous predators whose main diet is human flesh, blood sucker is kind-of easier to compromise since human did able to regenerate their blood amount... But not flesh

Well you see haruka could have killed a lot of his enemies the problem was he didn’t see a lot of the Amazon as enemy he seen some of them only fighting for survival ultimately make it hard for him to fight and kill them. Where with Jin he see all Amazon as enemy’s and he was able to not have a problem of killing them.
If you want logic Alpha and omega are obviously the strongest, alpha with, I don't know, the alpha DNA he injected to himself while omega with his evolution and natural ability. Alpha has experience while omega hesitates to kill but he have determination to stop alpha so maybe Haruka simply puts more effort against Jin.
Maybe because he simply inject the amazon cell on himself, the regeneration speed is slower unlike omega, who knows maybe Neo has even faster regeneration ability if he's still alive that is...
The way These actors Growl/Snarl/Grunt and Groan So feral & Animal Like is absolutely gorgeous because it's believable. I mean aren't all Humans animals.
