Sir you're such a gem of a person! You were way ahead of your time. Thank you so much for every effort you did put into making us learn all the concepts in such an easy way
Very good explanation. I just want to say it’s not considered ratio any more, it’s the X dose that really matters. Our lab works on this topic and my academic advisor had paper published in 2007 about this.
Please continue making videos. They are really helpful and very easy to understand properly. I always get a clear concept from your videos. Thanks a lot and please don't stop making videos about biology
I came here after watching almost 5-7 video. You are just AMAZING. I have a question, What decides normal or alternative splicing or is it a random process?
you made the video just in time.. was just about to start with this part and couldnt find a single video for this topic.. thanks a lot man.. keep the videos coming... you are doing a fantastic job...
Does default or alternate splicing depends on SIS/DND heterodimer and SIS/SIS homodimer?? Or if type of splicing is spontaneous then why Sis homodimers or Sis/Dnd heterdimer is important??
S Arora What we consider as 2 "sets" is the diploidy. Yes Drosophila has 3 autosomes, but each of those has a chromosome from the father and another from the mother, thereby making 2 sets of 3 autosomes. So females are 2:2 and males are 1:2. I hope that helped. ^_^
Very good content 😊 your way of teaching is very easy and advance at the same time .. 🙏 all doubts are clear now regrading this topic thankyou so much sir.
After 8 years of posting this video we are still watching it Making this man FAR AHEAD OF TIME 🙏🔥
Thank you
Thanks for the great video! The regulatory step of splicing out an intron containing a stop codon is SO COOL, and I love your explanation.
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
honestly man whatever is your job, you deserve more. thank you!! All your videos are saving my degree

Best explanation ❤
Thank you
Very well explained! Thanks a lot!
You're welcome
Sir.... Why do we consider 2A instead pf 3A...bcz there is gonna be 3 set of Autosomes in drosophila...?
Thank you so much for your clear, concise explanation of this subject. I look forward to watching more of your videos and I hope you make many more!
+Allison Fairchild sure. I will make more videos in future
Thanks men loved your explaniation
Thank you sir for clearing my doubts

Does default or alternate splicing depends on SIS/DND heterodimer and SIS/SIS homodimer?? Or if type of splicing is spontaneous then why Sis homodimers or Sis/Dnd heterdimer is important??
Sir could you tell me why we take only 2 autosome set whileas a drosophila has 3 set/pair of autosome.????
Really clear! Thank's for sharing this!
Thank you
Is Alternative splicing is depend to the more homo dimers formation ??? * If more hetro dimers formation forbid the alternative splicing ???
Thank you so much🙏🏼❤
You're welcome
Why 1a and xy is male while according to genic balance mechanism it is female
Great job!
Thank you
ur the best .... keep it up
+maha dia thank you very much
ur welcome
... thanku today u save my paper ..
Thank you sir...😍😍
Sir intersex drosophila and metamale drosophila k liye autozome set and sex chorosome kya hoga???
You are awesome !!
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Very nice explanation
very well presented, great work :)
Sir i could not not able to download the study material
Thank you 🙏
You're welcome
ASALAMU ALAIKUM sir my sir says that ratio will be 1:3 sir plxz explain I m really confused...😯😦😳😓
Thank u for your effort
But the fruit fly has 3 sets of autosomes, making the ratios of females ( 2:3) and males (1:3).
3 autosomes combined considered to be as 1 to 1 X chromosome. This is a base for calculations.
Plz post a lecture on detection of mutation
I will.
Shomu's Biology pls quick
thankyou so much sir
You're welcome

Co2 sensitivity in drosophila.. please this topic
Its" dpn "gene NOT dnd and its" lethal" not LEATHAL
What about dosage compensation??
Extra X chromosome in Drosophila does not form a Barr body and stay active.
awesome! thank u
Thank u sir.....
great
Thank you
Thanks alot
