Did the camera ever fall on the right rear view mirror, i mean on high speed ?
Not yet... You can use a combination of the 3M tape and some strong glue like Araldite or something.

Yes I had but it wasn't that great because you can't see the bike. And because of this reason the sense of speed was not there. It looked very dull.
