My perspective on this was the opposite also. According to the Board, my main priority is shareholder value What I will try is this: I design the organization where staff comes first, customers comes second and I convert this into shareholder value as CEO of the organization. Or shareholder value comes along for the ride. At any rate, awesome video.

I never liked that idea. Obviously the employees come first but they shouldn't think like that. The way he is responsible for them is the way they are responsible for the customer. You take people to space you can't say the person flying the plane comes first
I respect Richard Branson but his airline company went into voluntary administration. Not sure this equation is the reality as much as we'd all like it to be. Richard is a phenomenal marketer.
