I'd be concerned about not having a support of some kind under the corner of the sink. If someone fills the sink with water, the weight will grow quickly. It might be ok the first time, or maybe the first few times - but if it loosens up just a tiny bit each time, a failure will eventually happen. Take care and God Bless.
Really looking forward to watching you make the Murphy bed, Ken. Never seen anyone make one before and am dying to see how you do that. The tiny house has been a great project to watch, overall, as it comes together day-by-day.
Everything you do now continues to make it look like a little home! Looking forward to seeing the desk and bed installed and then you'll have to take the first nap in there!!! Let Kaiya join you when you do!!! She'd love it!!!
Hi Ken, very good work as usual. If I could suggest something, it is about the harden hose hook up. I have bought Gardena quick connect/quick disconnect at the garden supplies stores for all my garden hoses. It works extremely well. It should make it easier for you to supply the water to your tiny house.
❤ Good Day Ken 🌻🌞🇺🇸Your Little Camp Trailer is coming along Beautiful 🤩👍Great with sink necks to shower! And the idea of loft space is Good too! Another space& also add mre space on top as you go! Awsome 👍👌🤞✌️🙌🙏🇺🇸🤩🌻🌟🌅🌄🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
Gooooooooooooood afternoon, Ken. I'm so glad the plumbing worked out well! Can't wait to see the storage drawers, there's a lot of space down there. If only campers were of this good quality.
Good morning 🙏 KEN, Miss the 🐓 . How's he doing???❤ It's great to have the sink in. Looks great! It's always a pleasure to see Your next project. This is a beautiful Loving Home. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR WIFE. SE MICHIGAN 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 Another 🌧 🌦 day. ❤❤❤. GLORY BE TO GOD.
Looking good! I have made several repairs around my house with PEX. I have the Large crimp pliers like yours. With both shoulders torn up being a mechanic for 50 years this is hard to crimp with. I talked to several plumbers and they said use the stainless-steel crimp rings. Much easier to deal with. I have also used 'sharkbite' connections where it is visible to keep an eye on. As for the departing 'Roster', my neighbor had to get rid of his. The city code did not allow for chickens in the city and some of us did not like getting woke up at 5:00 AM.
Good Wednesday morning Ken. Lovin this build by the minute👍🏻 Kaiya🐕 is really enjoying her newfound freedom! Have a wonderful day Ken, family & all the critters🐕🐔.... take care✏📐🔨🪚✌🏻👣
Your meticulous approach toward this project is absolutely stunning and inspiring. So as I watch this today. I am thinking of a "sleeping loft" over the bathroom. Course problems would be making a ladder ~ maybe with the counter/sink under. Err the ladder would be combined as shelf space in that area where the Oh so nice back splash is ~ attached to the window frame? And then some sort of a small "dormer" to make a little more space for the "loft." Maybe it'd be off limits to anyone with claustrophobia. But if the dormer had a window with a vent? Ya know. Aaaand I've got a concrete 1000g septic tank that I'd like to figure out how to access this. Zoning is "kind of" an issue with this but I'have a 3/4 acre wood lot adjacent to my septic. So yea. I build "one of these" on wheels, sort of covered in the wood lot, avoid the zoning board, move in and rent my house. What do you think? Doable? Hmmmm. You have something here. Thank you!
Ken, You might want to consider enclosing the sink w a side facing the rest of the room and cabinet door wall in front. It would be able to double as storage for cleaning supplies in the nooks and crannies as well. Maybe a tiny shelf around the corner above the backsplash to hold a few necessities such as soap etc. Beautiful work. They will ❤ it.
Wouldn't it have been easier to install the shutoffs before the sink? Definitely easier to put the faucet on the sink before installing the sink (the strainer basket as well ;) ). I don't know if you are aware but you can buy Murphy bed kits that have all the hardware needed plus plans. Oh and on the tomato front, if you are still getting splits you can pick them before they are fully ripe. They will ripen on the kitchen counter.
Yum! Cherry tomatoes. I'm a big checklist guy also. That gets drilled into your brain when you're a pilot. So many ways to use a checklist, even in everyday or business life. The kabin looks absolutely wonderful. You've really done an exceptional job from the very beginning
Your trim pieces on the storage areas look awesome. One thought on them, while I know screws would not look ideal, I’d be concerned that finish nails would easily pull out the first time someone climbs up a ladder to get something and uses those trim pieces to grab onto and pull themselves up. You could use those super skinny headed deck screws or you could countersink and fill with wood filler. Just a thought from the peanut gallery, obviously you are the pro and surely know better than I. The tiny “?” Is turning out great!!
Hello Ken. I was curious when you will come up with a train video again when you are building your model railway again. Yes, I think what you are doing with the Tiny House is beautiful and I am also curious about that covered wagon. What you will build in the future Yes, I live in the Netherlands in Holland in Europe and I watch your videos every day
Good morning Ken looks fabulous, it's great too have a punch list ,that means it's close to final payment lol...have a great day off to work I go ...🌴🐊😎🥵
I missed this one Ken. I was down a couple days with pain in my right foot. I ended up going to the emergency room late at night because I was having very painful spasms in my right foot from having to do 3 levels of stairs at my new apartment building. Over a week ago the washing machine on my level of the building broke. I had to go to the top floor to do my laundry. It was too much stairs and I paid for it with a lot of pain. The emergency room gave me Flexeril and the spasms in my right foot finally stopped so I could sleep! I finally got some rest. Putting the compression fittings on is pretty easy and so much easier out of the wall! Nice installation Ken. I hope the backsplash seals really well. On my counter they didn't do a good job and the white pine countertop rotted out on top. So how did you attach the sink countertop to the two boards you had attached to the wall. I don't think I saw that. So a small leg straight down from the front of the counter? Is that the same countertop you cut for the sink? I'm confused. I thought the countertop had a built in backsplash. The 3 sided surround looks nice for the kitchen sink. The silicon didn't last on my kitchen and bathroom sink Ken. It didn't seal it well and the wood just flaked off! I've got about a half inch hole behind my sink in the countertop of white pine. Yuk! I sure hope your installation is better than mine was. Ti fix it I'd have to take the counter top off and shave off the back 1/2 inch and reinstall it again with a bunch of adjustments at the corners. I like the board you're mounting the water supply hook-ups to. I like the clips you've used to steady the plywood board. It works good on the drain too! Good idea to pressure test the supply lines. I'm glad there are no leaks outside. Turning on the shutoffs and viola, it works! Yay, the shower works too! When did you put that valve for venting the drain Ken? What was it called, a AAV (Air Admission Valve)? It's draining well and no leaks! You've made so much progress Ken! The Kenstead sure looks nice in the background while you got to cross off some of the items on your checklist.Nice trim work on those storage shelves up above the living space. Thanks for this video!
The fact you had a garden hose connection and it not leak is worthy of recording. Any connection with a garden hose style connection seems to leak for me.
Love the tiny house, awesome work as usual. Are you going to have to put some kind of flashing or soffit at the bottom of the house where it overhangs from the trailer? Curious to see what you would use if you do. Thanks for your content.
Is it just me or did that water pressure sound pretty strong. Maybe it was just the water hitting the acrylic in a small space? Ken’s kamper is looking beautiful.
It used to be GFI then the clowns came along and changed it to GFCI ground fault circuit interrupter in my eyes. It’s the same thing, but I don’t have that piece of paper hanging on my wall.
How many cans can he can if Ken can can cans.. Ken can can as many cans as he needs if KEN has the time to can cans 😮please don't can cans can fruit and vegetables😂🎉❤🎉some cherry tomatoes 😊
Good morning I hope all is getting better after the floods. Al Lumnah showed one of the road that the bridge was washed away. Your gasket is correct ✅ 😂
Just a thought....I would put a board on an angle under the sink to help support that corner. Great job Ken....and you too Mrs Ken😊
Thanks I agree
I'd be concerned about not having a support of some kind under the corner of the sink. If someone fills the sink with water, the weight will grow quickly. It might be ok the first time, or maybe the first few times - but if it loosens up just a tiny bit each time, a failure will eventually happen.

Ken and Kaiya another fantastic performance and as always a great pleasure watching the both of you kids 😮😊❤
Thanks so much

Love the build. I hope you do more of these.
Thanks so much
Hi Ken , I black iron pipe with two round securing points on each end would look great on holding that sink up . They sell at home depot
Thanks
Gooooooooooooood afternoon, Ken. I'm so glad the plumbing worked out well! Can't wait to see the storage drawers, there's a lot of space down there. If only campers were of this good quality.

Good morning 🙏 KEN,

YAY! NO LEAKS! The storage areas look SO much nicer with the trim.
Yes thanks so much

Wow thanks
The checklist is a great idea. It lets you know what is left to be done and maybe even forgotten.
Thanks. Right
It's looking great! I would want some counter space somewhere near the sink for dirty or drying dishes, or just for doing kitchen type things.
Yes, something on the side that folds up to use.
Thanks yes definitely
Love this little place more and more every video. ❤
Thanks

Unfortunately, there’s not enough headroom for a loft up there
I saw where the drop-down table actually looked like a framed painting on the wall. Very clever.
Haha thanks

Great idea! They wanted it left open for boxes and things.
I love seeing that list get checked off! And it's always a good day when a plumbing project doesn't leak. 😊
Great stuff, Ken!
Thanks

Thanks. That’s true
I know you are not quite done, but I think you built an amazingly nice tiny house. Who ever bought it from you got a good deal.
Thanks so much

Wow. Thanks for watching. I hope to get time soon for the trains.
They make small rv sinks that have a removable top...that allows small counter to set dishes, food prep etc
Cool thanks
Good choice Ken
Optimism Rules❕
Thanks
The little doggy looked very happy today. Hey dad where is her water bowl? lol
For sure. Over by the propane tank
Hi Ken. The sink & unit have turned out so good well done with the design. Take care.
Thanks so much
Ken you're a real professional. Nice work and might a add a very nice man. Thank you for your teachings.
I enjoy learning from you. Thanks again.
I appreciate that! Thanks
Good morning Ken looks fabulous, it's great too have a punch list ,that means it's close to final payment lol...have a great day off to work I go ...🌴🐊😎🥵
Good morning have a great day
Looks amazing ken. Very nice work. 💥💯👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇸
Thanks so much
Great plumbing. Thanks Ken!
Thanks
Everything looks so great!
Thanks
Don't forget to remember, udderally, moo moo ha ha ha 🙂.
Haha
Ken, why not add an angle brace on the corner of the sink then there would be no post to hit when sweeping
Thanks. Done.
It is better to be a pessimist because when you are right you can be happy, you knew that would happen, and if you are wrong, that is even better!
Haha thanks
Saw that smile you had after adding the loft trim. Its gotta be so gratifying to see this beauty come to fruition!! ❤ it, Ken.
Yes thanks
Ken, you think of putting a towel bar on the wide board on the sink. the thin ones.
Cool thanks
It’s looking GREAT, Ken !
Thanks

Thanks working on it
Looking fantastic Ken. Just wondering if you will put some silicone along the top of the shower cubicle against the wall. 😊😊
Yes definitely
Great video. Just commenting to add TH-cam points for you. :)
Thanks for that!
hey partner maybe you should make a little step stool for the upper storage units., so nice I want to make something similar
Cool thanks
No LEAKS!!!!! Amen. Looking like WoW.
Yes! Thanks
Enjoy your videos keep up the great videos hope you will be building more tiny homes
Thanks I think I will
Is it just me or did that water pressure sound pretty strong. Maybe it was just the water hitting the acrylic in a small space? Ken’s kamper is looking beautiful.
I think water hitting the shower
Getting closer. Looking good.
Did I miss it? Where is the hot water on demand unit?
That will be outside
No leaks! Bravo Ken!
Yes. Thanks
This is the fun part. Looks good
Yes it is. Thanks
Looks great, Ken 👍
Thanks
Guten Morgen Ken wie immer super Video gemacht einfach Spitze 👋👏🏻😊🙂🤗😁
Greetings. Thanks for watching
Guten Morgan
Awsome tiny home build series ken ,will you be building another one soon ?
Cheers bud
Thanks yes but a little different
Nice work Ken!!!!!!!!
Thanks 👍
Before you know it, she’ll be gone. God bless enjoy the tomatoes.
Yes. Thanks
Ken what about the Hot Water tank. Because most places don’t have a Hot Water hookup.
On demand propane outside
Awesome 😊🙏👍❤️
Thanks
I like that house
Thanks
I cringed during the pressure test. I thought you had already done that before closing the wall in and just didn’t show us😅
Haha
Need a water hammer arrestor on both sink valves to reduce noise from outside pressure, usually a code.
Using a garden hose for supply shouldn’t be much pressure
the garden hose itself has enough flex to absorb any water hammer.
Are the hens laying they will eat them so you will need to keep an eye on them
Still waiting!
It used to be GFI then the clowns came along and changed it to GFCI ground fault circuit interrupter in my eyes. It’s the same thing, but I don’t have that piece of paper hanging on my wall.
Haha right
Nice Ken ty
Thanks
Good morning. Your build is looking great. Is to later to recommend tankless water heater mounted under floor and pull power to unit?
It will be an external propane heater
How many cans can he can if Ken can can cans.. Ken can can as many cans as he needs if KEN has the time to can cans 😮please don't can cans can fruit and vegetables😂🎉❤🎉some cherry tomatoes 😊
Haha you make my head spin
Coming up on that finish line🎉
Yes getting very close
Great job
Thanks
Very nice Ken!
Thanks
could you make storage drawers in that area underneath
Yes for sure
I've just realized the trailer will be a permanent part of the building. Won't you miss having a trailer?
No I don’t need it anymore
Thank you.
You're welcome!
KEN wouldn't it be better to run one inlet of water to the trailer and then tee off that to run hot and cold water ?
I think they will when it’s on site. I only did it this way to test it.
Ken when u wash the dishes, where do you leave too dry or drip?
Coming soon:)
Will their be a cabinet around the kitchen sink,
They wanted the area open for boxes and things
@kenskarpentry okay looking great 👍 🌻🌼🇺🇸
Mytefine looking tiny house.
Thanks
Ken you seriously need a hot water heater
Got one
Gonna put brace under the sink?
Yes
Very nice!
Thanks for watching
Add shower rail to your punch list ;)
Oh. Right
Maybe I missed it but what are you doing for hot water?
On demand propane outside
Good morning I hope all is getting better after the floods. Al Lumnah showed one of the road that the bridge was washed away.
Your gasket is correct ✅ 😂
Yes Al got some pretty bad flooding. Haha
Good morning!
Good morning
Nice
Thanks
❤❤❤❤❤💋
Thanks
Need small hot water heater
Got one
❤🙏🙂
Thanks
Yeh! No leaks!
Yes!
KEN, I'M SAD YOU NEVER TALKED ABOUT HOW YOU ARE GOING TO RUN HOT WATER 😢
I’ve mentioned it a few times in other videos. I’ll try to mention it again. Thanks
