Beautiful countryside. You certainly don’t need a luxury campsite to enjoy a beak. Back in the mid 2000s when our kids were young we had a touring caravan. We stayed at a basic campsite for a long weekend, only about an hours drive from home. Just an office, toilet block etc. Pats corner with chickens and couple other animals. Had a great weekend there, the kids loved it there just as much as when we stayed at a big campsite with all the facilities and entertainment. I’ve started watching a few of your camper van videos on this channel and enjoying them as well as the usual car related videos on your other channel.
You added us half way between Pickering and Thornton dale (High Oaks Grange) . Lovely campsite that is nestled in the valley and a pleasant walk back into Thornton Dale via the stream
Been to Goathland many times , the wife likes the Goathland Hotel, great campsite lovely place 👌 never ever seen bangers and cash unfortunately, beautiful place tho 🙂 Happy 21st Heather 🤐👍
A bit late and only just watched this. We spend a lot of time in this area. The house where Greengrass lived is now a campsite just outside Goathland called Brow House Farm. Looks similar to the site you stayed in.
Cracking video as always, last time I was in Goathland was 2006 or 2007 as have got a pic of my mark 1 focus outside the shops, was a fan of heartbeat for many year. Thornton Le dale looks familiar maybe passed through it on family holidays. And happy birthday to Heather! Quick edit - yes Thornton Le dale was the village we passed through to go the theme park Flamingo Land in nearby Kirkby Misperton.
Thanks all! We’re really enjoying making them, hopefully one day we’ll see you about, just subbed to Mandy on YT and liked her FB too. Rick was in a band for years...
Nice vid guys loved the old station , who was that young lad 😂 you ain’t changed a bit mate 👍 , nice camp site , £1 per dog is pretty good I thought Nice vlog
Interesting and fun. We had a laugh watching that. Belated happy birthday to Heather 🎂🍹

Nice video of an area we visited many times on car rallys.
Definitely on our revisit list.
