I was visiting Hanoi in mid 2000s and will never come back even if the trip is free. The Hanoi people cheat foreigners or even viet who are not from Hanoi, real bad attitude for the capital of VN unlike Saigon, friendly and very nice to foreigners

@@HiepNguyen-xs2pr sorry to hear that you had bad experiences in Hanoi. But I believe this can happen in any city and many tourists love Hanoi. And yes Saigon is more westernised city compared to the more traditional side of Hanoi.
