Almost a carbon copy, but it’s got a few more bits over Phasmophbia. A few more Gear options, Rituals System and needing to exorcise the ghost, much more scarier Jumpscares. My problem is that it seems much more ruthless than Phasmophbia. You’ll get High and Low games in Phasmophbia, some will be easy while others hard. This version of ghost hunting seems utterly blood thirsty, 5% chance of survival, but I do love the transition when entering the ghost realm.
I can talk to the ghost just fine because I'm American, I can't however read the Thermometer because it's in fucking Celsius with no option to change it and I don't know what freezing is in Celsius, it's below 32 degrees in Fahrenheit. Phasmo lets me change it, most games let you set it to either. Maybe because it's in EA. And please don't flame me for not knowing, I have no reason to know.

It's pretty cool in which jumpscares will trigger on anyone close enough to it so you end up getting multiple people scared at once You can also banish ghosts in this once you reach level 5

Yes, but in turn improved upon the base, adding necessary components that Phasmo unfortunately lacked. Phasmo is still in early access, ofc, but the gameplay has barely improved upon first release, despite the abundance of updates. Ghost Exile at least gave us what Phasmo couldn't for the past 2 years, which we might eventually get, but we can't really tell when that'll be.
Imagine if the game could temporarily record people talking, then play it back distorted, like the doggo in SCP
