However it is important to keep in mind the drastic difference in municipalities, price point, accommodations and lifestyle between any NYC borough and the well known suburbia Long Island!
Went there last year’s summer. Visited Jone’s beach, Robert Moses, fire island, and Montauk. It was such an amazing trip!love all the places in Suffolk county. Wanna settle there hopefully soon!!🤗❤

There are several Great school districts with easy train access. If you were to keep an average budget, you'd get more house but more commute time in Suffolk County. Will make a video on this!
@@LongIslandHouses under 45 minutes with no transfer. School district isn't so important as we plan to move after 7-10 years and are expecting our first child later this year. Want about 1,800+ sq ft with a yard and 1 car garage. Around 750k.

With west Babylon little east neck road north is a very bad place once u pass that border wyandanch is a terrible place to live, there's no stores and a lot of drugs.
We completely understand this comment. Unfortunately it can be confusing to out -of- towners that most expressways require a toll around the country whereas on Long Island, we do not!
