Thank you for your video and your objectivity, you're one of the few demonstrators not to destroy the LS11000 by comparing it to the LS12000 😄 In many tests on the net, the price difference between models is too often overlooked. Yes, the TW9400 is better than the TW7100, yes, the LS11000 is better than the TW9400, yes, the LS12000 is better than the LS11000, etc... it's a never-ending story if the tests forget the price difference between all these models. I use a small, dark, dedicated room with my "modest" but excellent TW7000, but I'm looking for a motorized lens and better 4K fluidity, both of which have improved on the LS compared with the TW9400. The LS12000 is slightly brighter and has better contrast, but now that you've experienced both models, would you say that buying an LS11000 is a mistake, given the significant price difference (1400 euros)? Is this lack of depth in the blacks on certain scenes really "unbearable" as can be read in many demonstrations on the net? Yours sincerely
Thanks for your reply, now I just have to decide between the LS11000 and TW9400. But even if the 9400 is an excellent projector, there are clear improvements on the 11000, laser, X4 wobulation, smoothness in 4K and improved in HD, better for games, more practical menus, quieter.
So PS5 has a calibration tool for HDR? I've always used Dynamic on my Epson projectors, but also use it in living room and watch mostly sports. Epson always seemed brighter than other projectors. I had originally purchased the 12000 but after 6 months of wait, said screw it up, and bought the available 11000, but sound like 12000, would not be needed for my uses
@@homecinemaking397 It’s not a small difference in motion smoothness either. The only reason I’ve considered the JVC is that I watch a lot of dark sci-fi. Go Bokies! I miss watching Rugby. We emigrated back in ‘85 so there’s not a lot of coverage where I live now
@@MrBonger88while the JVC has some advantages in black levels it’s not much… the Epson is no slouch in blacklevels and sometimes edges out the JVC when it transitions from a r Igor to a darker scene…. But the motion is pretty bad on the JVC by comparison. Price wasn’t the only reason I needed up buying the LS12000 by far the best long throw laser projector value on the market.
As owner of both 9400 and 11000 , what you personally prefer ? Is black level on 11000 indeed so much worse, as some people claim? Thank you in advance 🤝

I dont think the LS12000 is worth the extra asking price over the LS11000. The 11000 is a very capable mashine👌

@@c.christian5418 11000 is way better then the 9400👌
I helped setup a 12000 again yesterday and like you say its better but the 11000 is not a mistake at all. For the price i still take it👌

I have espon 6040 pro cinema when I switch the picture mode to dynamic fan sound loud. How to fixed it?
@@sayelfaith1402 this is because you are pushing the unit. Try lower your brightness a bit.
I have the Epson - Home Cinema 3700. Have you seen that projector? Do you think I would notice a huge difference?
Not seen the 3700 so cant comment.
It would be like going from a civic to a porsche
I find fast motion scenes and sport’s much better on the Epson vs the more expensive JVC’s
On this i agree. Only place the JVC wins is black levels.

I prefer the 11000. Black levels are worse but not that much and the brightness makes up for this👌
@@homecinemaking397 thanks 🤩
Price on this projector?
@@petermuwanula7142 they are around 60-70k south-African rand.
@@homecinemaking397 would I be able to order this though you?
Terrible contrast
