Thanks Laurie. Once again, a town name well known to me, without any other reference. Your videos are a tremendous help in putting some substance into my geographical knowledge. You are doing a great service here, for me, and I would hope, any inquisitive person interested in Australia. Too good. 🇦🇺👍😀
Smaller towns don't have the population to support upper school education, and in most cases, those students go to a high school in a major centre. The schools generally have a boarding house or similar facilities. Mullewa kids would have gone to Geraldton or Perth. In outback Australia, the kids do their education via School Of The Air
It was 11 years ago since I was there last, and the mining thing had just ramped up. So I can't comment on the current situation. I found a spot closer to Roma and parked up for three nights and let the credit card have a breather 😁

Thank you sir. It's good for me too, cos otherwise the tapes would sit hidden in a cupboard. This way I get to revisit my trips. 🙃
Another interesting video Laurie. Thanks for uploading
I’ve been through there!
Good spot to leave the van visit to Mount Moffett.
Interesting that the school only goes to grade ten. I attended Mullewa State School from 1966-70. That school also only went to grade ten.

stopped @ the Caltex for a coffee towing a caravan thought about staying but it looked like a shithole so kept driving 😎
