also, if you want a really fast way of selling the eggs:
-chuck them into a tipper, the bigger the better (I mean literally throw them in)
-drive to a sell point (and what do you know? your eggs aren't selling from your tipper and you can't forcibly unload it on unowned land!)
-reset the tipper to the shop using the map menu
-touch one of the egg boxes to make them fall down
-if there are any left (usually there will be MANY left that wouldn't sell) just grab them and pull them downward into the seed opening (where the seeds usually land; I know they shouldn't be able to go in there, but it works to force them to sell 100% of the time)
-reclaim your trailer
I know this is a very weird way of doing it, but I find it considerably faster in comparison to any other way that is viable in reality, there just aren't enough ways to transport things like this in the game, and I find the egg pallet mod to be extremely annoying to manage because pallets in this game work like ass...even if you get them to the sell point in the pallets, they sometimes just won't sell, and you can't force these to sell like you can with the small boxes...

I am glad to see you are back. I have been dead inside like something has been missing. I do hope you plan to do a lets play. For me I'm a guy with a desk job and enjoyed the witty humor and randomly running into stationary objects to pass some time. I stumbled onto you back in when you started doing your FS15 lets plays. I have definitely have learned what to do and what not to do from watching your videos. Good to see you back and hope to see more of you.

I am so glad that there are no more chicken pens with long grass in it. I had to put a Amazone Profihopper in the pen to cut the grass every third day so I could see the eggs hidden in the grass. I wish we could feed the chickens by hand by throwing a handful of grain near them.

Btw the way, *DO NOT* just throw them in there. The eggs can be damaged and you will lose value on the boxes.

Did you know you can use a trailer put the egg auto crates on a trailer strap them down and put it over the spot and wait. When it fills up hook it up to a truck and it auto loads off it help to have a short trailer to the ground. Use the gray trailer on the “low loaders” it works great. It made eggs easy. Get back with me if you have questions.

If you buy the conveyor belt for 5,000 it makes clean up a breeze just put it in front of the trough and everytime it spills out get inside of the belt, it will clean it up and put it back in

CLEAN UP TIP: For clean up I just go to Landscaping and 'smooth' the messes. It's not worth the time or money actually cleaning up. Smooth sculpting also works to get rid of bushes and farm plots. 👩🌾👍

welcome back.... good to hear and see your videos again... One thing about chickens that i have not been able to find out.. is do you have to have roosters to get more chickens and if so how many. My assumption would be that you would need at least one.. and it would not lay eggs. i have chickens i picked 90/10(roosters) but have no idea..?
It looked to me like it had the same production value as a chicken but I may have not seen it correctly. They're also so cheap I didn't even mess with breeding them.

How you got the game now, Moose? welcome back of course. :) Here in the UK the 2019 FS19 PC version is not out yet ( now the 22nd Nov 18 ) Only PS4 Or Xbox one versions out! and no date stated for the PC version yet? btw.. I don't much like the way the time and speeds displays are set on the screen? can't see them sometimes if the area behind is white I seen here! I prefer the FS17 displays for these nice black background boxes so you see the white figures. is ther a way to change the display so you see it better?
I don't see anything in options except to make it bigger or smaller. I like it because it's less intrusive. I'll keep my eye out for mods that help out the hud.

Hey Moose, is there anything specific you need to do before building the chicken coop? I have started a " start from scratch " career mode, bought a field, built a large chicken coop, stand infront of the gate and I'm not seeing the " open animal dialog " pressing R does nothing either, was wondering if you did anything else?

@@MrAnkiboy I found what was causing the issue, having a G29 steering wheel plugged in was interferring with the controls, Giants are aware of it, so should be fixed in the next patch.

Thanks for the tutorial, glad to see you are back at it! Question though, do you know why the eggs might sell in such odd quantities? I sold a truck load and the profits were all over the place. It was like the boxes didn't contain the same amount.
Agreed. I don't know what's going on. At this time I'm not seeing a way to check the contents of the box and hope a mod comes out which will let me.

I own one car. In Farming Simulator, I usually have 2-4 tractors (one for me and a couple for hired workers) and a truck to get around quickly.

Great review. One of the best I’ve seen. Is there ground work needed before buying the coup.
The game will do all that for you and will also charge you for it. Buy the flattest land possible if you can.
Any good ideas of where to place my coop where it will place flat mine keeps placing on a hill?

when the boxes show up, are they full?
I just could not find a way to check the contents of the box and assume at this point it's not in the game. It's kind of annoying because I want to know exactly how many eggs I'm taking to sell. Hopefully a mod will help us out with this in the future. Right I'm assuming it's full once you see it since we can't visibly see it filling up like we do wool pallets.
@@Moose2006LP I tried some stuff and I found out that when you sell a box right when it spawns, you would get almost no money of it. But when you leave them untill another one spawns you would get way more money. I think it follows the same principle as the wool pallets but you cant see the content
No, the boxes start off empty or maybe like 1 litre and they fill up to 150L per box.

You just need to buy a universal bucket and front loader arms from the store, both are under the front loaders section, attach them to the front of your tractor, then scoop up the spillage and so forth.

The eggs boxes don't appear outside the pen for me, but i get the message saying no more space to place new pallets for eggs. Any idea why?
Give it time. Pretty sure the message is bugged. Just make sure the box is clear of tools or vehicles.

Yeah i'm gettin the same too so it cant be something the gamer is doing, gotta be something wrong the system there i think...
It ended up working after I posted this - I'm pretty sure that I just needed to buy more chickens as I only had a few. But it ended up only being a couple of hundred dollars per box so its hardly worth farming that unless you're going hard
