- Episode 69: Experience the authentic taste of Slovenian Homemade Soup Noodles. Growing up in a Slovenian home for me meant Sunday soup (juha) with Mami’s homemade soup noodles (Domači Rezanci).
Store bought noodles work BUT homemade is homemade! Am I right? There is just something so special, different, with the way they taste - perhaps it's all the love that our Mom’s and Grandmother's put in to making them by hand, that gave it the comfort and feeling of 'home'. I loved helping my Mami make rezance. Ever since I was a little girl, in my cute little Slovenian made apron. I am so excited to share this recipe with you.

This was a staple at our house. Goveja juha z domači rezanci. My mom sometimes got lazy and grated the dough into small lumps instead of making the noodles.

You should give it a try. If you don’t have a pasta/noodle making machine you can always cut the noodles by hand :) dober tek
