Tomorrow is my French exam I was literally crying as i didn't understand anything but then ur video came to rescue Thank you very much 🥰 You literally saved my exam
Due to covid, the online classes and my french teacher (an old person) are not able to go hand in hand. They conducted the pre finals but actually didn't teach this concept. So, I had to watch this. Merci beaucoup madame.
You make everything seem so easy! Like once you explain it I’m like oh wow, that’s it? You really have a gift for this teaching thing! Sooo glad you’re on TH-cam !!! 🩷
Thank you so much for this i really appreciate it may god bless you , i had a french exam tomorrow and didn't where to place the y , now i can enter the exam confidentiality 💗

Really a nice explanation. Thanks. Do you have a video on contractions like when to put apostrophes like in j'y but not it elle y. If these grammar rules are explained in detail. Thanks again
Hello Ma'am. In point 3 an 4, you mentioned Je Y to be replaced by J'Y as Y makes "E" sound and it makes sense. Then in point 5, you wrote Elle Y. Why is it not Elle'Y as here also we have Elle ending with "e" and Y making E-Sound?
Are these only the special cases ie verbs with preposition à, or any verb followed by à (except if it is not referring to a person), for using pronom Y ?
Ma'am, I had a doubt about which answer I couldn't find anywhere that is why couldn't we use COD or COI in these situations, especially in the 'special cases'. I am really confused now about where to use COD and COI, and where to use the pronoun 'y' and pronoun 'en'. Please help me!
I wish Indu mam was our school's teacher...

Good explanation mam, to replace person, we use pronoms toniques, for example: je pense à Marie(je pense à elle), je pense à Mon père.(je pense à lui)
Can’t we use coi here as the noun is followed by a and there is a noun could ma’am or anyone help me?

3:48 ma’am why can’t we say Je les y mets? Like can we use cod for les stylos?
Yes, that is also correct. She dint do that maybe because she dint wanna confuse us
@@leahgeorge3433 ya maybe.. thanks!!

Yes I don't understand this part😭why didn't we use ell' y instead of elle y as we have to change when e and y crashes
your video so super mam
Hello , I don't understand why the special cases are special ? The rule appears the same ? Subj + Y + verb ?
Are these only the special cases ie verbs with preposition à, or any verb followed by à (except if it is not referring to a person), for using pronom Y ?
good explanation!!!
Merci madamè❤
May madam merci
great video but i have a doubt
in 8:52 why is it elle y and not ell'y? dont vowels clash?
In pronom sujet (je tu il elle nous vous ils ...) only je is written without e (j')when vowels clash
