Guys ,this is a movie DHOOM 3, song routines are essential parts of almost every bollywood movie , she is an actress & she is just lip-syncing to the voice of a real singer & in this song ,she is trying to impress the main lead of the movie Aamir Khan with her athletic prowess ,so as to become a member of his circus group , which is a sub plot of the many other angles to this movie , its basically a heist+revenge movie & you guys have not even scratched .000001 % of Bollywood , its the biggest movie & music industry in the world..

Other actresses you can look up are Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, there are so many...all Bollywood actors dance pretty well since that's a huge component of their movies. In my opinion, Katrina Kaif is the best at modern dance (in her generation -- there are some new/younger actresses that can dance more hip hop). However, I think there are other actresses that dance better at traditional Indian dances than Katrina. If you want to watch the best belly dancing it's Rani Mukerji's "Aga Bai Ayyaa".
