    Hello Dasha, Nakul this side....I hope you are doing well today, Actually I'm planning for Master's from Finland in Business field for ex International Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing like that...I did pursue Bachelors of Business Administration as well as Post Graduation Diploma In Marketing Management prior to this & started working as a Relationship Manager from last April, I need your suggestion on like as I can't pursue Masters from Applied science as i dont have 2+ years of experience as of Jan 2025 should I go for traditional University? Like will that have any impact on my future Job Hunt like does companies in Finland prefer Univeristy of Applied Sciences over Universities student or what please clear my doubt I'm unable to find answer for this

      Hi there, as these Dasha's videos were made already some time ago, she's not here to answer you in person - however, as you said the UAS Master's require two years of work experience, that's because they are primarily targeted for those already in working life; it's difficult to say whether university or UAS Master's would be "preferred" since while they both are regarded equal in terms of their educational level, it ultimately would really depend on the employer and the detailed job profile requirements. You could of course contact the universities of your choice and ask them about the employment prospects their degrees offer.
      Btw if you wish to discuss with our current student ambassadors, have a look at our Unibuddy chat option at www.studyinfinland.fi/chat

    Hi. thank you for really useful videos that you share with us🌹I really enjoy them. I'm a PhD student and I have a question about agricultural education system in Fanland! how is the agricultural education system in fanland? and how is service learning in Fenland especially in agricultural education system?

    • @studyinfinland
      @studyinfinland  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, if you're interested in higher education (especially PhD) level education in agricultural sciences in Finland, you might wish to contact the University of Helsinki - their Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry would be your best source of info in this regard: www.helsinki.fi/en/faculty-agriculture-and-forestry
      Also check out the University of Eastern Finland - www.uef.fi/en/faculty-of-science-and-forestry
      Some Universities of Applied Sciences may also have bachelor's and master's level programmes related to Natural Resources, and agriculture-related education is of course also offered on pre-university (vocational) level for example.

    i am in waiting list of university so is there any chance of addmision or not

    • @studyinfinland
      @studyinfinland  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, this is very difficult to guess, as it depends on the other (admitted) students' decisions really. We can only say, the higher you are on the waiting list the better the chances... but it's not "sure" of course - you just need to wait and see. Good luck! 👍

    France or Finland is better for higher education?

    • @studyinfinland
      @studyinfinland  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This would depend on your own preferences, really. You might wish to ask our student ambassadors why they chose Finland! See www.studyinfinland.fi/chat and on Instagram instagram.com/sif.ambassadors

      Hi there, your eligibility is always decided by the Finnish university you'd like to do your PhD at, so check with the uni of your choice. See www.studyinfinland.fi/admissions/doctoral-admissions for links to the Finnish universities' Doctoral/PhD Admissions info pages

      Hi, it can be - just like learning any new language that is far removed from your own, it requires initiative, work, and also some patience. But it's possible!

    Thank you for this .
    Which of this would you recommend one to get a bachelors degree in nursing.
    A university or a university of Applied science?

    • @studyinfinland
      @studyinfinland  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, in Finland bachelor's in Nursing are mainly only offered by the Universities of Applied Science (UAS) - at least when it comes to stuying in English (some unis however may offer for example Nursing Science Master's). But check the available programmes in the www.studyinfo.fi database :) Generally speaking, university degrees are more theoretically oriented than UAS degrees, which are more geared towards working life. So that may in some cases be helpful to know if you're wondering whather to study at university or UAS - it depends a bit on your own preference really.

    Hi, good day. May I ask if there's an age limit in studying Medicine in Finland? Thank you🌼

    • @studyinfinland
      @studyinfinland  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there - there's no age limit for higher education in Finland, but you might need to know Finnish or Swedish quite well to apply to study Medicine (as full degrees in Medicine starting from undergraduate level would only be available here in Finnish or Swedish) - see www.studyinfo.fi for a database for info on what study programmes are offered in English!

    Hi Thank you for this video. During your bachelor degree, on average, how many courses do you take per semester considering you spent 3 and half years?

    • @studyinfinland
      @studyinfinland  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, the *amount* of courses depends a bit on the programme, but an academic year usually consists of 60 ECTS credits.
      UAS bachelor's degrees amount to 210-270 ECTS credits and the duration is between 3.5-4.5 years, depending on the degree programme - for more detailed advice, contact the UAS of your choice :)

      @studyinfinland  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, you should start by searching for a suitable degree option at www.studyinfo.fi (that's where you apply online, it also includes a national database of English-taught degree options). Many Bachelor's have their admissions open in the January 2023 joint application, but there may be exceptions, so check with the university/UAS offering the programme! Also read our stater's advice at www.studyinfinland.fi/admissions

    Hi. Nice Video. Can one use the UAS bachelors degree outside of finland? Maybe like to apply for work or further studies in the Uk, US, Australia and canada. Also are the internships paid?

    • @studyinfinland
      @studyinfinland  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there! The academic or professional recognition of a higher education degree is always decided on in the country where one applies for studies/work, so it's not for us in Finland to decide ultimately - but the Finnish higher education degrees follow the European 3+2 years (bachelor+master) framework so they're quite likely to be recognised - however as said it's always the university/employer in country X that ultimately decides what eligibility your quelifications give.
      As for internships (if you mean the internhips that are part of an UAS degree) - whether they are paid rather depends - the Career Services of the UAS can advise you in more detail about the internship practicalities.
