South London really is home as far as I'm concerned - know those streets so well. Loved this walk.

Can I make a suggestion for a walk in South London? East Dulwich! I'd love to see it again. I lived there aged 5.

Hello Cynthia. Ibrahim in Canterbury here. How are you doing my friend? Mum and I are fine here but very upset at the sad loss of our Queen Elizabeth. Anyhow, we have been very busy here attending many events just prior to the Queen's passing away. Hope to see you at the next premiere. I have yet to watch this latest video from WW but will do so soon. I just came here to read the comments for now.

Interesting walk. Brixton is another world than Piccadilly Circus, but very much alive.
Brixton village is worth a visit!!.
We don't see the end of it.
    Like a hidden termite mound.
    Thank you WW

A far cry from the Brixton I knew in late '80s and '90s, the Green Man pup, The Atlantic pub which closed down in '94 and became the Dog Star, the Fridge, the Riots, police raids, filth, reverse discrimination, muggings and murders on a daily basis. Had a one bed council flat for 10 years on Brixton Hill, gave it back out of desperation at the start of the 3rd millennium and moved out of the area for good.

I found this neighborhood to be a bit rough and tumble. Wouldn’t make it a point of interest. Thoroughly enjoy your vids especially the rainy nights! 🇺🇸

Its changed alot....since I lived their In the 80s and 90s...where are all the black brethren ? Looks like the white hipsters have taken over the neighbourhood. I was born lived and worked in London till say 10 years ago. The old town is unrecognisable.

To think that only a few years ago Brixton was a sort of catchword for a black ghetto and regarded by most people as a mini-version of Harlem in New York. Good to see that the area has evolved into being just another London district, where people of all races mingle and socialise. Interesting that something similar seems to be happening in Harlem.

White people are moving into Brixton and Black people are being forced out by high property prices, not really much mixing. I drove through Brixton at 1am about 10 years ago and I saw so many Blondes, I thought I was in Sweden. The Indian areas and South Asian areas of London are remaining Indian/South Asian but I've noticed that Black people are losing the areas they used to dominate, like Brixton, Notting Hill, Peckham, Dalston etc.
