It's mentioned in Seize the Light that the first shows they did during that tour had fans cheering as loud as they can and screaming in such a large building that it was very emotional and overwhelming. They have never had that before this tour. They weren't well prepared for the complete culture shock. In Japan and Korea the fans are well behaved and sit quietly until they do the fan chants and then sing them together in a very predictable way and at all pre-determined timings but once you go out of those areas to different countries like the USA, then the fans don't really learn and do the fan chants, they're screaming all sorts of random things in a different language they might not know well and its very distracting and can be quite a shock and overwhelming for them. Especially if they don't really know for sure if they are cheering for them or just screaming at them in an upset sounding voice. There are some fan cams from the manila concert that are closer to the stage that show the number of people screaming Mina's name over and over again and she is clearly looking somewhat distressed about it like she's not sure what to do. Then she left the tour right after that show because she felt very anxious and pressured on stage. But more than anything I think it's more of a culture shock to have people standing right in front of you screaming your name over and over again instead of respectfully trying to listen to the song and waiting until the fan chants and then say it together with the crowd. She rejoined for the Japan leg of the tour where she performed great and hopefully she will become more comfortable with her foreign fans. But more than anything I think it's just a culture shock of meeting the foreign fans face to face for a performer that has probably never even been to a concert in a foreign country before, let alone ended up there on stage performing in one.
