i think the concert in manila might have exacerbated mina’s anxiety. i don’t think it’s PH Once’s fault at all (I am Filipino and I know that we have reputations of being the loudest at concert: i.e. Twice and IU), but I think the amount of cheering and how loud everything was made her anxiety even worse. I’m glad that, although it took her breaking point to express her anxieties, Mina took off when she did. It could have been much worse for her, the members, and Onces if she kept hiding her anxiety and pretending to go on as if everything was okay. We can all see how taxing touring is on the mind and body, so I’m happy she was able to take off the time she needed.
Creo que mi comentario es muy tarde , pero la ansiedad no se basa en que “ya no tenga ansiedad “ la ansiedad te lleva incluso a tratamientos , hay diferentes tipos y incluso uno lo puede ocultar lo digo por que yo lo tengo y no es un tema de que se valla rápido eso te lleva días , meses o hasta años así que no hables si no sabes o si no lo has vivido
