Zhao Ang is Wang Yi's husband, their hatred towards Ma Chao caused by Ma Chao murdering their son Zhao Yue.
Long story short, Ma Chao taken Zhao Yue as a hostage, but when Ma Chao was driven off by Cao Cao he murder Zhao Yue. Not so hero of justice in history eh?

This one may be another one of those 'troll' requirements on Koei's part; as Ma Chao's level 10 weapon in DW5 is considered to be the easiest weapon to get.
