    I began a poor version of The Patient Experience in 2005...Then in 2016, I'll say I went to The Patient Experience 2.0... In 2018, I believe I perfected what I now call The Patient Experience 3.0 ... The Key Gentlemen is to "Turn The Tables"😉 amongst other things which JD is far more of an expert in doing !
