Ingredients:
For Chicken Marinate:
500gm boneless Chicken
Coriander leaves
5-6 Green Chilli
1 Lemon
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Crushed Black pepper
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
For Green Chutney:
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
3 Green chilli
10-12 Garlic cloves
Salt to taste
1/2 bowl Mayonnaise
For Chicken Stick / Kandi Coating:
Bread crumbs
2 Egg
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
Oil For Frying
