- Welcome to my personal Project Inspired by Team17's StuntGP! Currently 4 months in!
In this video I wish to present an early look at my racing AI in my Japan inspired level currently both WIP!
Unreal5_StuntGP v9.00a brings new updates to the game:
Programming:
- Introduction of track splines
- AI opponents that follow the spline and decisions they can make to turn. accelarate.
- Restructured AI and Players to be seperate identities that inherit from a base car class. (Object Oriented Programming shenanigans)
- Suspension adjustments so you don't bounce as much anymore on landing.
- Gear adjustments to top speed.
- Networking performance on Steam.
(You no longer de-sync when far away from the host)
- Sound adjustments to attenuation, specific SFX Cues now only play for you and not everyone in the lobby!
Art:
- Environmental assets added such as;
Torii Gates, early Foliage, road normals and lighting.
