Mac wasn’t too happy with the original songs on RRNC, so he essentially slowed most of them down (besides old Makeout Videotape ones and “She’s Really All I Need” I think) to create the low-tone elvis-y vocals you hear on the album.
There’s a version of the album floating around on TH-cam, simulating what it would’ve sounded like without the pitch changes, and it’s amazing. I also uploaded the original speed of “Baby’s Wearing Blue Jeans” on my channel, apologies for the shameless promotion lol.

You just drop the track into any recording software put the bpm to whatever you feel is right and you can add reverb, phasher, flange etc.
