This is my everyday problem too. I use my slow electric scooter(max 25kph) as my primary transportation to work or market (manageable distance, cant afford car) and everyday this dogs on street would suddenly jump out from where they are and start chasing me. 😭 But thankfully they would chase me and bark at me for few seconds then stops on their own but still sacred that one of this days I could get bitten especially I work till late night. Researching now different ways to cope with this scenarios. Just hate that so many people let their dogs lose without a care that they could scare or harm someone even indirectly like how I see a cyclist tried to swerve immediately to the right to avoid the dogs sudden appearance while there's a car coming by just few feet behind him. I hope those owners who let their dogs like these gets chased by random dogs on street multiple times too so they will know how it feels.

Everyone doing same mistake while dog is chasing uh don't speed up ur vehicle, pretty sure that if uh did like that it 'll chase uh, rather decrease the speed if possible stop the vehicle,it won't bite it jst bark and it 'll come near to uh,don't b afraid be normal ,This helped me a lot ystrday midnight...........

I had similar experience like the first biker, a man out with his dog, let it go up to the front then behind me, chasing, i beeped the honk and got it to piss off, its not the first moment. I was enjoying the rare weather and the cruise of the quiet roads till that 😒
Im never kneen on dogs cause of bad experience, each time it just feeds to that discomfort of them..

This is actually making me pretty mad, everyone saying it's the bikers fault and "oh those bikers deserve to die for doing that." It's not thier fault they are going such a fast speed and it happens in a split second, if anything it's the owners fault for being irresponsible.
But why do the bikers go over the limit in residential areas?
They aren't they only speed up when the dogs are chasing them in some parts of the video.

A dog is like a baby, if you're not careful enough your dog might escape, and it could be dangerous for the others, drivers bikers especially joggers......some dogs, the more they get scared the more vicious they'll attack.
