I've had problems with my appetite for the past few months and Jessica's vlogs helped me crave for food again. Whenever I'm about to eat, I always watch her paborito series to boost my appetite. Now, I can finish eating first before the vlog ends which was the opposite before. I really love Jessica.
OMG! Pumunta ka sa DPD Carinderia! That’s the real OG! Doesn’t get more OG than that! That’s one of the best places to eat, I’m amazed you found it since it’s more like a word-of-mouth restaurant! 👌🏻💕
OMG! Jessica, you can really enlighten your audience very well! I never knew that Sinigang can come in many forms (and peso rates ... hahaha!). With my foreign friends, when they try Sinigang, they get shocked by the sourness. Surprisingly, they find themselves sipping and sipping it more. It's then they realize that Sinigang can be quite addictive and refreshing!!! ❤❤❤❤
And the Sinigangs featured in the episode are not even 5% of all the other different varieties available within the country!! Sinigang is so versatile, my favorite part of the dish! ❤️
Nakakatuwa kang panoorin. Napaka good vibes mo Jessica. You are so adorable specially when you smiling.you always making a quality and entertaining vlogs.. Thank you again Jessica.🥰❤❤❤
I think there's a plus factor in the long gaps of posting videos, Jessica. It makes us soooo excited and thrilled to see a new one haha 🥹❤️ Welcome baaaack 🎊🫡
Hi Jessica I'm a fan you because of you are truly Filipino by the heart and then thank you for promoting Filipino food culture to your Korean friend I'm always watching your blog... You are truly Filipino adopted princess.. You can call phillippines your 2nd home... Sinigang is may favorite also.. 😅
This series is one of a kind. It's a treat especially for food lovers or those who wants to explore "common/homey" food but with a twist. Good job Jessica and to your team for sharing with us such an amazing video! Can't wait for the next one! P.S. that ASMR Crunch on the Liempo. Music to my ears (as a food lover)
I love sinigang; it's my favorite Filipino food. I can eat it every day. I would rank crab cooked with coconut milk as my second favorite dish. Could you do your ultimate tour of delicious crab cooked with coconut milk next time? Thank you for this video-it makes me crave sinigang! 😅
I don't usually eat sinigang (yes, take my filipino card now HAHA kidding). But after watching this, I just had to get out of my room and eat the sinigang my mom cooked for dinner. Jessica really has that power to make you crave food -- and yes, even those that you don't usually eat/like. AAHHHHHH love u Jessica 🩷
I really liked the concept for this video of showing the range from the homemade to more fine dining version. I'm Cebuano and don’t have a range of experiences with Tagalog cuisine, so this helps me get a sense of the variety that's available out there for me try. From your video, I think I'll be trying out DPD Karinderya and the sinigang risotto. Well done Jessica and team!
aside from the content itself the thing that makes me watch jessica is her facial expressions everytime she talks! It's like watching an anime i love it 🤣
OMGGGGG JESSICAAA WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOUR UPLOADDDD. WE MISS YOUUUU!!! WE ALREADY WATCHED ALL UR PABORITO AND TRABAHO SERIES AND WE WANT MOREE!!! BRUHHHH YOU BECOME PART OF OUR DAILY PINAPANOOD NA VLOGGGG!!!
man i miss John Allen's, it's great to know they're still going strong! We used to eat a lot there back in the early 2010s because of their good food (and the free sinigang soup) lol
i'm a beef lover so obviously sinigang na baka is my favorite. must try also are sinigang sa miso na pink salmon and sinigang sa bayabas na bangus/beef. for me, sinigang sa bayabas > sinigang sa miso > sinigang sa sampalok > sinigang sa santol > sinigang sa kamias > sinigang sa calamansi. fun fact: if u like sinigang sa sampalok, put banana ketchup into your bowl then mix it with the sinigang.
This vlog made me crave for sinigang at 1am haha You guys should try Kanin Club's Sinangag na Sinigang (Sinigang Fried Rice) its a different take from a normal sinigang. Also happy to see your back!
I hope you'll also try 555 tuna and other canned Filipino foods 😊 btw. Since last month I've been watching your videos because it's fun. Please still keep on posting. I love the authenticity of your reactions.
Sinigang gang ! Ain't no way a new video about sinigang gets drop at night hahaha. Eating newly cooked sinigang during a cold weather is the best. Now I'm craving soup again.
You should try the Ha Yuan Sinigang sa Bayabas (Guava) Bangus Belly, the Best! They have a Branch in Mother Ignacia St. in QC. They are a chinese restaurant but their Sinigang is the best I've tasted. Sometimes you have to call first to make sure it's available ☺️
Yesss, sinigang na baboy ftw!!! ✊🏻 I have also tried a sinigang fried rice w/ liempo in Goto Kips around Tomas Morato. I think it's a nice twist in sinigang-- & maybe a more affordable version of the sinigang risotto. Loved this vid Jessica 🤍
OMG J ALLENS!!! I always buy their sinigang even though it's not as sour and flavorful. It's just okay for days that you're craving for a soup and if you want to eat healthy 😅 you should've tried kimchi sinigang at casa mellifera in taytay!! It's so good 💚
When you tried the sinigang na watermelon, I rememberedy my childhood when there are lot of varieties of sinigang in comparison to this generation which are rare to find the different variety of sinigang like sinigang sa bayabas, pinya, santol, mangga kamias etc. Most of today's sinigang are just tamarind base and the calamansi which are commonly use for fish like the one you taste in DPD which is also known in Bicol as Kusido. Not to mention other varieties of meat in sinigang. I missed those days even to the common karinderya you can find those different varieties of sinigang unlike now, namayapa na yata yung mga matatanda na matiyaga nagluluto nun.
Too many variants, it makes it a joke. When you want to eat this in a restaurant, you will never know, if it comes with lemon grass or bell peppers. No single flavor, so it has no meaning, 😢
Jess' OG upload time of her vlogs. Late vlog upload tapos about food pa ahhh nakakagutooooom ung vlog mo Jess. Me now @10pm : paluto po ng sinigang napanood ko Kasi vlog ni Jessica lee eh . Hehehhehe
i want my sinigang 2b super sour, sticky and spicy😂some of the taro,i crushed it 2 cr8 that sticky and cloudy soup/broth and i put a lot of tomatoes and kangkong(water spinach)radish, green pepper (the long one) and then tamarind or kamias,da best one 4me.❤
wow this give me my craving for sinigang your also so fond of it continue your vlogg its so enntertaining educational your love for pinoydish show you value pinoy culture and dishes more power jessica you easily adopt to filipino culture
I’m craving sinigangggg 🤤🤤🤤 My favorite is sinigang na baboy + gabi. I love the thick soup from gabi. I want my sinigang to be sour, and my mom makes it perfectly. I can’t make you taste my mom’s sinigang but here’s my fave commercial sinigang list: 1. Giligan’s - So far the sinigang I had from different branches are consistent, it’s perfectly sour. Their sinigang sa salmon belly is so well made that it doesn’t taste fishy. 2. Kanin Club’s sinigang rice! OMG my favorite! The perfect sinigang but dry. Whoever invented that dish is a genius! 3. Pamana in Tagaytay had this sinigang that is made from manggang hilaw. I can’t remember exactly the name of that dish, but I remember myself doubting if I’ll like it since the sinigang is not made from the usual sampalok. 4. Escala - call me weird, but the first time I dined at Escala, I ordered their sinigang 😅 It was really nice, the soup is sour, lots of veggies, the serving is also good for two rounds if you’re a party of four.
If there will be a Part 2, may i suggest you include the sinigang places located at Bautista St., Palanan Makati and the one in Romualdez St. in Manila that both uses the pig's cheeks (if lucky, you get eyeballs too). You can also feature other variations of sinigang that uses bayabas, mangga, kamias, and even batwan.
Jessica should have a segment or a show like this in GMA. Like byahe ni drew and many more .. How they are not signing her yet 😊. She is eloquent, funny in a cute way , animated . She can be in magandang umaga or unang hirit. She will definitely add a different texture to the show.
Try sinigang na baka sa bayabas , if you can find it. From nueva ecija and perhaps also, bulakan. As you know the different combinations of animal proteins and pampaasim really makes for differing flavors. Other pampaasim are kamyas, alibangbang, katmon, binukaw/batwan, etc.
I've had problems with my appetite for the past few months and Jessica's vlogs helped me crave for food again. Whenever I'm about to eat, I always watch her paborito series to boost my appetite. Manam really needs to pay and sponsor Jessica. The amount of Manam content and Manam moments she mention how good it is in her channel is no joke.

Sinigang is my most favorite Filipino dish! I'm literally craving right now watching the video.🤤
Sinigang for life!!! One of the few dishes I can eat multiple days in a row

Hello @manam, this girl deserves to be your ambassador/endorser.
Great video! Since madami pala vloggers ang nag file ng COC. Suggestion for trabaho series, Senator Lee Seul lol 😁
For me Sinigang is one of the best Filipino ulam. 😋 Perfect ulam pag tag ulan. ❤ Sarap nyan
stap na teh

She is really beautiful, she never gets tired of watching natural beauty ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Haven't thought that Sinigang can be that fancy. Kudos, Jessica! 🎉

I'm glad they're trying different ways to get the flavour of sinigang in different foods.
Wow so early anyways I love you Jessica our Pinay❤😊
I love sinigang as well!! Seeing you eating.. I am now craving to cook it for our dinner.. ❤💞❤Thanks for sharing my friend
You’re a beast, Jessica. 20k views in 6 hours?? Insane.
For sinigang with a twist, I would suggest Locavore's sizzling sinigang, its our family's favorite. Definitely a chef's kiss
Sinigang is ❤, and claps to whoever thought of using A5 Wagyu to elevate this dish. Gotta try that!
I enjoyed the diverse array of Sinigang you have introduced here especially the Wygu beef presentation.
Parang TV Series talaga sa food contents mo idol!!! ❤ Sinigang vs adobo pa rin 😅 way to go 2M subs Jessica!
Finally an upload!! 😭😍 We miss you and your Series!! 😭❤️ More success! 🙏🏼❤️
Love love loved this episode!!! Great job as always, Jessica!! ❤

Sinigang is also a good pair with either adobo or humba with rice and I can tell you , the flavors go in harmony with each other 😋❤
Nice boots. I just had to chuckle when you brought up Manam, because I knew you wouldn't pass up the opportunity to promote your favorite restaurant.

My only complaint here is “I love your way of saying Sinigang “ GRAVEEH!
i want my sinigang 2b super sour, sticky and spicy😂some of the taro,i crushed it 2 cr8 that sticky and cloudy soup/broth and i put a lot of tomatoes and kangkong(water spinach)radish, green pepper (the long one) and then tamarind or kamias,da best one 4me.❤
The peppers ruin the comforting sour flavour.
maan d ko alam ung mga ganyang twist sa sinigaaaang ❤

Jessica never beating the QUALITY CONTENT allegations, perioditism 😌💗
Another nice video Jessica. Keep this up 😊
Chef Von Sinigang sa letchon kawali sabaw palang ulam na 😆
Ate Jessica lang sakalam, since day one! 🥰✨✨
pork sinigang is one of my faveee tooo! try mo isawsaw ung karne sa ketchup and it was really really goooood. :"(
Jessica should have a segment or a show like this in GMA. Like byahe ni drew and many more ..
How they are not signing her yet 😊. She is eloquent, funny in a cute way , animated . She can be in magandang umaga or unang hirit. She will definitely add a different texture to the show.
Hoooo. Makapag sinigang nga mamayang lunch ..
You should also try Sentro 1771 Corned Beef Sinigang. Its also good😊

In our barrio, we don't call it "pampaasim"...we say "panuka"(pang-suka) like sampalok, mangga, kamyas, bayabas...
crispy liempo sinigang.....looks very unique and tasty...sinigang on their different ways....
parang nakakatakam yung sinigang sa project 6 ❤
Kudos to ur research team ❤❤❤❤
eating sinigang while watching this hehe 😍
Hi Jessica! If you haven't tried, Locavore's pork kimchinigang (not sponsored) is quite the interesting take on the dish as well :)
now i'm also craving sinigang. my fav!!!
