How cluster validation will know the quorum drive is that one specific to configure in validation. And this will show C drive also in validation.
By default quorum disk is going to assign which smallest one, however you can change quorum settings anytime.

SQL Server will run on cluster, Create SQL Cluster or create High Availability group for SQL Database.

iSCSI will be connected over IP, from any network adapter.
