I’ve had a tough month, I hit my head really hard, on a helicopter flight to the hospital, bleeding from my head, on the operating table fighting, that same night my closest childhood friend took his life, at the time I didn’t know. When I got home I called him, not knowing. Needed someone to watch me cuz of my severe concussion. Two days later, I got the news. It was one of the hardest blows I’ve ever received. He was there when I was 8 to when my daughter was born. He always pushed me to be my best, reach my goals and always be humble. I’m gonna continue to push and reach my goals, cuz that what he would’ve wanted to see. Our memories will live on and my will to continue/push/ no matter what will never be Extinguished.
Dumped the gym 14 years ago! Replacing fancy machines and negative people with rocks beams and blood sweat and tears!! Got in far better shape in the garage!!!

I have such a hard time with fatigue. I always feel tired, it's impossible to fall asleep at night but when I fall asleep it takes forever to wake up. I never want to get out of bed and need help like these motivational speeches.
I had the same problem especially coming back from Iraq....after a year or so I made it a habit to stay fit, I no longer have the problem. no drugs to sleep no drugs to stay awake just working out as much as possible.

Start everyday the night before. Write out your day, get to bed early, wake up that day and executed. When I started doing this it transformed my life.

The guy about 3 min in or so, he said if you don't love yourself, you can't love anyone else. I mean maybe he's right, but i have a different spin on that. I spent 6 years down as fuck and I no longer loved who I was. I dated several girls over that time and I had feelings for a couple of them. I wasn't in love, but I had feelings for a couple girls. What I came to notice is that if I didn't love who I was, how could I expect anyone else to love me? I met girl after girl where things were going great at first and then after a month or two they just faded away. I couldn't figure it out because I was still being me, still one if the only people I know who will openly dance at a bar provided there is good music. Ig go see blued bands a lot and dance the whole night. I was fun to hang out with, but I still had that conflict in my head. I knew that I was trying to hard to figure out my purpose in this world and the harder I tried, the further I got from my fate. I knew the whole 6 years that all I had to do was just let go. I did it for years, but somehow forgot how to just trust God. If you don't believe in God, then call it the universe, I don't know but I do know once I said alright, I've had enough of my own bullshit and turned everything over to God, my life changed that fucking day. I have been working on bettering myself every single day whether it be working out, learning new things or whatever it may be. The last 4 years made that shitty 6 years so worth it, I feel like I should've hard to go through 12 years just to be allowed to feel as great as I do. Work on yourself and it will change your life. I'm going to do videos about this soon. I have been euphoricly happy almost the entire year and two bad things happened this year, one of them really bad and it never even phased my new positive point of view.
