Thanks for the video! I'm up against this same issue ..... No aftermarket 8x6.5 17" dually rims with the Ford center -bore apparently ..... so using Dodge rims and needing to machine the center. I'm planning to do my own (on an older Fadal CNC mill that I have). I guess my process will be slightly different but you inspired me to go for it.
Nice, process is actually pretty simple in the end. These are actually exactly what you are after. I misspoke in the video as 8x170.. these are 8x6.5 17”’s.
@@Hancofab I checked the video for you, it is recorded in Stereo, 44,100 Hz and 32 bits (sample) The Left channel is fine. The Right Channel has no audio at all. That could be anything on your end, sorry I can't help further. Liked the video! Good Luck!
Nice work. What model and year is your Bridgeport? It looks like a 2J, but the motor doesn't look like a 2 hp., unless maybe the fan shroud is missing. Also the center motor and feed control appears to be off of an older machine. Very curious. I would love to know it's story. Thanks
I actually removed the fan shroud when I brought the machine to this shop. It is indeed a Variable speed head with 2HP. Its back story is definitely interesting. I purchased this from a government auction when I was in my early 20’s. It has some very interesting controls on it for a Bridgeport and a ridiculously large control cabinet.

@Hancofab - Your Audio is mainly coming from the LEFT Channel. Only get some light static from the Right Channel.
Interesting let me see what is going on. I did this video with a wireless microphone. Wonder if something got messed up.
