Introducing Snakemake

Snakemake (snakemake.readthedocs.io) is a great tool to construct and run data analysis pipelines. This talk is taken from the Edinburgh Genomics Snakemake course and introduces the core concepts of Snakemake (rules, wildcards, targets).
