When I learnt about electricity and magnetism I watched Walter's Lewin lectures from MIT, Physics II: playlist?list=PLyQSN7X0ro2314mKyUiOILaOC2hk6Pc3j
Also there is a good channel with very good examples and explanations from a professor Michel van Biezen:
      watch?v=-jxX7Vt2wrA&list=PLX2gX-ftPVXX7BZOcM1Y2gb8IQrTBrmUB
There are lectures from Yale at:
      watch?v=NK-BxowMIfg&list=PLB1A0BF14EB31C3BE
but I prefer prof. Walter Lewin's lectures, also look for Physics III at prof Lewin's channel where he covers Electromagnetic waves, there is also a good book that I learnt from but it's not in english but in croatian, so that said you won't be able to read it, but look at prof. Lewin's videos , he gives lecture notes and assignments in every video.
Also you should really check out website www.edx.org/ it has free courses from universities such as MIT, Harvard , Berkley etc.
If you are studying EE, definetly check at edx Anant Agarwal's Circuits and electronics, one of the best professors along with prof. Lewin.
