I'm so happy for you Anushae!! I can totally feel you. everything you said about having a baby is true. Nothing in the world can prepare you enough for what's to come. You're a changed person and I can totally relate because I had my first born about a year ago. Being a new mom , you're tired all the time. You have baby blues, so many poopy diapers to deal with and listen to sooo many unwanted opinions. On top of it comes the mom- brain. But alhumdullillah the kind of love you will feel in a few weeks for the baby is what makes the whole journey just worth it.

Hi anoushy. My daughter is 8 months now. I was just like you or maybe more emotional gas is very normal 3 to 4 months are difficult to understand gas etc. Pasmolex drops are great bestest thing to sooth your baby. You can ask your doctor for these drops. They are amazing..

Congratulations my dear. You'll be fine don't worry. The first few months are a little tough. Give Alyan infacol dropsl ( i remember giving my daughter these to relieve gas) and always make sure the baby burps after every feed. May Allah swt bless you with health and happiness 😊 Tc and we love seeing you beautiful glowing mummy mashaAllah xx

I am also a new mom had c section 3 months ago. I totally agree with you.. same i was so protective in early days and i weep every time with the baby weep... later i understand that baby weep when he is hungry, or want to sleep or have gas issues... accepting your self as a new mom and this big change and also to manage all work took some time..

Yr plz rest..don't over do just bcz u have normal delivery ... normal delivery is much more painfull then anything..you just take rest ..bcz there is 40 days just for healing...by the way many many congrats...
Normal delivery is far more better than C section I had both the first one was normal it is tiring at that time but after that I was normal energetic but when I had my second child with c section I really really really had a very very very bad experience of my life then I had my second c section and now I m afraid of having more c section it's really tough may Allah bless all moms with health

Don't put any clothing blanket or cover on the babys face as it can cause him to not breath properly..

Babe. If your baby has Gas Issues, go to the pharmacy and they will recommend you ‘Colic Drops’ or you can ask your doctor.
I live here in Canada. And gve birth three months back. My baby Also had gas issues and my mother (who lives in Pakistan) asked me to do the same. After getting colic drops for baby my life has become Easy! As she sleeps peacefully.
Congratulations and welcome to parenthood🥰 i would really suggest you to look out for pospartum depression other than baby blues as you are educated enough to accept the fact that it actually happens . Colic is infact not the gas issue, it's misunderstood as gas trouble in infants. It is actually the adjustment issue of infant in the real world, like baby stays inside mother for 9 months or more with peace and calm. But they are not ready to accept the world hustle bustle all of sudden so they get irritated with that. You can use white noise for that, it really works. Believe me it would miraclously go away by 3 months and you would be amazed like how can be your baby so calm all of sudden. Take care of your vitals and discuss with your doctor if your baby blues gets bad in case. Don't make yourself suffer.

Some tips to avoid gastric from a mom of two ✌
-Always make him burp after feeding
-Massage your baby everyday
-Allow your baby to move his legs and arms when awake ...when body's active it's easy for baby to fart and burp 😁
-lastly can feed the baby 2 to 3 spn of water ... I know there ppl who don't give water to new born but trust me it helps alot 👍

You can give gripe water for gases. And use avent anticolic bottles.

Little few drops of arq e shireen helps alot with gastric issues i was not trying it obviously because being a new generation mom but my mother in law convinced me somehow and wallah it worked wonders

First of all Congratulations to you and Nouman. 💙 You are doing great job mama, and colic and gas issues with the baby will go away after 7-8 weeks. My baby had same issues and I can relate to the situation. I even cried with him. He is 7 weeks young Maa Shaa Allah and doing much much better. 😊 May Allah bless your family, ameen! 😇🧿

For the gas problem you can give Himalaya Bonnisan syrup to baby it will really helpful for baby.

Prepared fr irregular routine of sleeping n waking fr atleast 3 months....its very tough time with new baby
As a new mom, I do understand that. Take your time.
Anushae after delivery postpartum stress comes.so don't worry it takes a little time .make your child tummy time routine and then gas will less happens and keep home probiotic gas drops for infants .it reduce the gas .many many congratulations on this big big big happiness .
