Great video! Have you heard of LOTUSWEI flower essences? They make blends for specific things like love, joy, peace ... I use them in my own Reiki practice :-)
Yes! Wonderful 💚 I know the book though have never worked with their essences. I prefer to make my own or use those made from local plants where I can 🌸 Can you recommend a favourite for me to try in my practice?
@@FayJohnstone That's a great way to go! I make my own as well. I'm curious how you use them in your practice - do you have your clients take them internally or do you put them in spray bottles and use that way? I think my top 3 for Reiki practice would be Infinite Love (opens the heart center, sounds similar to Hawthorn), Inner Peace (very grounding and calming), and Radiant Energy (great for protecting/restoring energy and also clearing energy between clients)!
@@ritakovtun8609 thank you for those recommendations, they sound wonderful! Yes I use flower essences in the ways you suggest, I also might invite a client to simply hold one in their hand and have it with them during a treatment. I'm sure you would enjoy my book Plant Spirit Reiki, so do add it to your wish list if you haven't already. You can also get a free sample here fayjohnstone.com/books/plantspiritreiki/free-chapter/
Thank you very much for this brilliant video. Could you please tell me about the way you use those flower remedies? Do you mix them with water and drink or do you pour a few drops on your hands? How do you use them? Many thanks 🙏
Hi! Maybe I can do a video on this! One of my favourite ways to use them during a treatment is to make them into a room spray. I might also ask a client to choose what they feel drawn to, they don't need to consume them in water, they can simply hold them during the treatment. I also like to use them in baths and foot baths. More info is in my book Plant Spirit Reiki thank you!
@@FayJohnstone Thank you so much for responding, and so quickly as well. Yes, a video would be really great! I was actually wondering if you were talking about that in your book. Do you mention the way you use the flower remedies in your reiki sessions in a thorough way in your book? Thank you!
In Plant Spirit Reiki, there is a whole chapter (over 30 pages) dedicated to working with plants (in many different formats which includes flower essences) in the Reiki treatment space with a client. The book doesn't focus specifically on flower essences but yes they are included as one of the myriad of ways that plants inspire us and work through us.
It all depends on what emotions the person is struggling with, this includes the patient and also the carers and family who are looking after them. I would choose intuitively or observe which flowers the person with alzheimers is most drawn to.
Absolutely love this video, thank you so very much 🙏💖✨
Thank you 🙏 so happy to hear that. Have fun with your flower essences 🌸💚🌸
Thank you Fay!! I can't wait to try them out! 🙏💖
Flower essences are one of my favourite things 💚 let me know which ones you find useful 🙏
