    I got my conch done a few days ago and it hurt so bad! I started crying when my piercer put the jewelry through and I have never cried when getting any of my other tattoos or piercings. However my friend got his conch done literally 5 minutes before me by the same piercer and he said it didnt hurt at all. Everyone's different and theres no way to know how you'll react until you do it

      @jclyntoledo ปีที่แล้ว

      I wouldn't say it didn't hurt but it definitely wasn't as bad for me like other ppl say. I just tried to stay relaxed and inhaled and exhaled when they told me too. It felt sore after but that's pretty typical.

  • @deadgirl82
    @deadgirl82 5 ปีที่แล้ว +32

    It's amazing it was painless for you, as out of all 15 of my ear piercings, it was the most painful, followed closely by my triple forward helix. It was fast, but it def did hurt

    • @deadgirl82
      @deadgirl82 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@zinahelsayed8966 my conch was worst, about a 6, triple forward helix was the same, then I have 2 lobe piercings on that ear too, and they were easy. My other ear, I have an anxiety piercing, which was literally a 2 in pain, so easy, then another 8 running up the side of my ear, so 4 through skin, and 4 through cartilage. The cartilage nips, but its only about a 3 in pain... The lower 4, were just the same as lobe piercings, really easy. Hope that helps?? I've a pretty high pain tolerance too, so thats something to keep in mind. The conch & triple, although pretty sore, it's still doable...
      Out of all of my ear piercings, the triple was the biggest pain in the arse to try & heal... And although the conch sucked, it gave me no bother at all healing!

    I have a conch in my right ear and a double conch in my left ear. They were easy to get, relatively painless. My right ear was not a problem to heal, but the double on was a bit of a bother. I do catch the double ones on my left ear on my hair. I love those piercings a lot. I also have other piercings inc. daith, rook, helixes, lobes, nostrils, and tragus.

  • @romibalagula2419

    I got my conch done today! I have my first and second earlobes, my helix and now my conch and out of all of them the conch was most definitely the worst and my conch has been throbbing the hole day. I got mine pierced with a 14 gauge so I think that is a lot of the reason why it hurt so much. I would give it a 8/10 pain level wise but I love it!

    I got my conch done about a month ago now, pain level of piercing was about same as my others- I gave total 40(?) rook, 2 tragus, 10 helix, 25(?) lobes, 2 nostrils.. idk if I added that right. Anyway, that night was the worst- it just throbbed like heck and I was like why did I get this?! But then after 24 hours it was fine. My hair DID catch on the back of the barbell first week, and hurt but it’s fine now. Looking forward to someday putting a hoop in.

I have a snug and two faux snugs on the right, could use the two conch piercings different but I like the look of triple snugs (I had two but one rejected so I went with the faux piercing option but fortunately the remaining snug healed fine and THAT is the thickest cartilage piercing! )

    Quick question, I got my conch with a hoop instead of a stud when it was freshly pierced. I’m healing it with a hoop. Many people said it should of been done with a stud. Any advice and tips that I have the hoop in to heal? I know it is more exposed and can move so the process can take longer but is their risks of me getting it infected and would you change to a stud❤️

    • @Kiwi-dl3sr
      @Kiwi-dl3sr 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Grace28 when I had mine pierced I had a hoop that was pretty big so that there was room for swelling. When the swelling went down the hoop was really big and super exposed. Additionally, I’m a swimmer so I have to wear swim caps and get it in water etc.. The tips that helped me the most was to NEVER ever touch it, never sleep on it (I think you know the drill). It was still really irritated so I went to my piercer who carefully changed it to a small stud.
      If yours is irritated then definitely go to your piercer to change your hoop. It’s worth it. I hoped this helped lol it’s really long😂

    Yeah piercings any piercings can be filled fiddly to change but with me what I do is I don’t have like tons and tons and tons and tons of different jewellery a lot of people have like a way of jewellery that goes with for my tragus jewellery for my Dave jewellery for my snug jewellery for my helix blah blah but I don’t do that I I don’t do that I have my one jewellery so basically what I do is well the piercing is healing I decide my final jewellery and that’s final jewellery that means I’m not changing it I’m not taking it out it’s staying as is and it’s going to have the same jewellery it’s never changing now I do change my first holes from time to time and have different. Jewellery in there or in my second holes but as for anything else I leave my third hole lol my stock lol alone my two helixes my other new helix my defence my Snuggie those will all be left alone I just have my one piece of jewellery I keep in at all times I never change it I never move it I never take it out and I don’t plan to get any more jewellery for them at the jewellery that’s there now is the final jewellery except for the one that is my helix up at the top that I just got that will be changed to a gold hoop at the end once it’s healed and my snug that will be changed to a barbell with my birthstone colour on both ends which route is purple cause I was born in FebruaryAnd that’s it that’s all I will have all of that it’ll stay the same the jewellery will be the same never changing and of course downsizing the jewellery that’s the only other time I will be taking out the jewellery and changing it but once I get to the final jewellery wants us down to the final jewellery put the final Julian it’s done I will not be taking out or removing or having different jewellers to put in it I never do my helix on the very very top my first he likes I ever got from when I was 13 years old ones it was healed I took out the earring that was in there I changed it to a gold hoop and it’s been that forever it’s been that for ages for about 20 years never changed
