I don't normally watch a love drama but this one has caught me by surprise! Captivated by the love story of Park Hoon and Jae Hee, they went through years of torturing hell for different reasons and the only reason for them to live is to see each other again (just like the song!), it's really heartbreaking to see Jae Hee who couldn't express her true love for Park Hoon freely, despite of this Park Hoon never gave up on her. I am particularly drawn to Jae Hee/Seung Hee who dons a facade but readily to sacrifice herself for the man she loves. A definition of true love tested against all odds.
I strongly agreed with you. I'm not a fan of kdrama before but when I was able to see this drama, I can't help but look for another series to watch. Lots of lessons in real life were realized in this drama series. Thumbs up!

I’ve just finished this for a second time, I watched this drama when I was too young to understand every meaning and feeling that it implied, but now I come back again and finally, each of the scene all has some indescribable meanings to me, it is hurtful to watch this again as a nearly-adult person, I cried a lot for both couples, Hoon-Hee and Quack-Jae Jun, and cried for their doctor’s spirit as well, this drama is such a masterpiece! Miss all of them ❤️😭
Those people who ship dc.hoon and dc.oh really don't know the meaning of loyalty and sacrifices. If you keep on searching someone who's better than your lover, i guarentee you will never feel enough,because there is always someone's better!!! True love can't be changed by anthing, PERIOD.
I think I'm one of the few that is happy that Park Hoon ended up with Song Jae Hee. They both deserve it. They have been through many hardships together.

I admit that I wanted Soohyun to end up with Hoon. But towards the end I wanted all the characters to just be happy which wouldn't be possible if my wish were granted. Hoon and Jae Hee were meant to be together and there was no breaking them up. All I wanted was for Soohyun to be happy the most. Seeing Jae Joon's unconditional love for her, made me realize that he was perfect for her. She wouldn't be happy anyway being with someone who was blindly in love with someone else. I'm satisfied by the ending ❤
So glad the couple found each other and managed to stay alive and out of trouble at the end . The other quack girl is so wishy washy that she went from loved one doctor to another doctor then went back to first one again. Quack is a one sick love puppy. Story had a happy ending where everything should be .
totally agree. I just watched this drama. Lee Song Suk played it so well. In reality, one in anybody's lifetime rarely meet or have this sort of unforgettable, excruciating pain and romantic love. it is very hard for a person to move on. For what Dr. Hoon and Jae Hee went through together. They understood each other's feeling of what they went through, like Dr. Hoon said: "he and Jae Hee had the same heart beat" and it was super extremely hard to find another person like that. So compare to Quack, Quack is just one sick puppy love. Love is not just only for fun, it is included everything. I am happy that ending Dr Hoon with Jae Hee. I like this movie and "I can hear your voice" I want to purchase the soundtrack of Doctor Strange, but dont know where to get it.
If Hoon did all those things to Jae Hee just because he felt guilt and obligation then of course Jae Hee will just want him to be safe and success in his path but she will walk away after she completed her task. Nobody wanted to feel and see his or her bf/gf did things to him/ her just for duty, guilt or obligation.
I love the quack couple...But she is his true and greatest love...(leejongsuk and kangsora really had a great chemistry here) AND I WANT TO WATCH THE WHOLE 20 EPISODES AGAIN...i'll never get tired watching this

7 years later, I’m back here again because this song suddenly pop up in my brain. Surprised I still remember the lyrics😅 short story about this drama, for 4 years since I saw this drama, I decided I want to become a doctor, specifically like Hoon, a thoracic surgeon. Because it is so expensive to go to med school, I wasn’t able to fulfill my dream career as a hear surgeon and studied accounting instead. So far right? 😂 But I’m very thankful for this drama, doctor stranger, for helping excel in my studies back in highschool because of my strong intentions to become a doctor. Truthfully a tiny part of me feels sad a regretful sometimes because I can’t pursue medicine, but since I’m in this new field now, maybe my future lies from here.

I've watched this so many times already. Just finished it again yesterday (I'm having a Lee Jong Suk marathon). One time, when I was re-watching it, my dad and my cousin joined me and I was evicted. I would've hated this if they didn't end up together. I watched this because I love Lee Jong Suk but sometimes I'm annoyed of Park Hoon and yes, I definitely love Jae Hee.
