I hear this song since 2016 and now 2022 I just watched this drama. I hesitated to watch it bcs of LJS.. And finally I fall for HoonHee couple😂 The lyrics of this song totally fit with HoonHee's story. But I don't know why it's background music for Hoon and Dr.Oh's scene in the drama 😕, really don't understand.. that lost the meaning of this great song 🙄

I hesitate to ship them at 1st EP though it's a beautiful love cause in normal drama, 1st love may no hope, main man lead may protect other girl, and that girl will become a main female lead ... Haizz I don't like that kind of plot so I usually drop when it happen :)) But author nim of this drama is so great. Tell the truth, through years and hardships, they have no reason to stop loving each other, these obstacles just make them love each other more.. I really don't understand why someone can ship Hoon with Dr.Oh while his eyes in Jae Hee always different and after what they sacrifices for each other.. If he changes to love Dr. Oh, he is really a bad guy :)

I love this drama

7 years later, I’m back here again because this song suddenly pop up in my brain. Surprised I still remember the lyrics😅 short story about this drama, for 4 years since I saw this drama, I decided I want to become a doctor, specifically like Hoon, a thoracic surgeon. Because it is so expensive to go to med school, I wasn’t able to fulfill my dream career as a hear surgeon and studied accounting instead. So far right? 😂 But I’m very thankful for this drama, doctor stranger, for helping excel in my studies back in highschool because of my strong intentions to become a doctor. Truthfully a tiny part of me feels sad a regretful sometimes because I can’t pursue medicine, but since I’m in this new field now, maybe my future lies from here.
