    You can definately tell the difference between 1 and 2 if listening through something with subs or headphones.

    Hey there thanks for the great video. I need you suggest on using 1 sub2 for outdoor. I am confused in buy Bose Sub2 or JBL EON 718S. Please help

    • @skinjobs1237
      @skinjobs1237  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      why confused? The Bose is lighter, sound is warm and full. And it holds its value @ almost 90% in most cases. Have you been to a Guitar center? Go hear them both for yourself, don't take anyone else's word for it before you buy.

      one sub 2 is approximately equivalent of an traditional 15" sub

    Did it feel ok to pole mount the 812 top on the sub 2 since it weighs close to 43 pounds? The max weight capacity for the sub 2 mount is around 15 pounds. Just wondering if it feels safe and sturdy? Thanks

      I got better poles to start. And they are great, no wobble or fear of falling over if that is the worry. The sub2 is planted well.

      Sweet sounds good. I was also thinking of poling some JBL PRX912's on top and they weight about the same as the bose tops. I'm more at ease doing it now haha. Thank you for the reply@@skinjobs1237

    Is the subwoofer powerful. Can you feel the bass in your chest or body ? Thinking of getting one to fill a room of 100 people

    I tested the sub 2 in real life and it's a disappointment, the woofer distorts before the red limiter LED flashes.
    It's just a littlely louder than my JBL PRX one 12" sub.
    and it has absolutely no chance against my 18" sub.
    It's not bad but too expensive for that.

      I have had distortion issues as well but when your signal is hot, and if you use them with the HPF on i always turn down the bass in my mixer 3-6DB because that bass response is crazy. I did a party in the park on Sat may 11th with 4 Sub 2's and 2 L1 pro 16's and turned the bass down on everything. Played everything with volume on the subs at unity, and the l1's about 9 o'clock on the vol. but all the other setting on the L1's were dialed down as well. You want clean sound not boom. Everyone could not stop praising the clean sound, the warm base. Was not anywhere near high volume levels all day but you could hear us all over the park for 6 hours. No clipping, no muddy sounds, and no one asked us to turn it up. It sounded like a opera had a baby with the club. We played House music all day. here are a few clips from the party from our facebook friends. facebook.com/brian.talmadge.92/videos/1117789186156099

      also we are using a Bose T4S to manage all the Bose speakers in our rig.

      Be careful. The failure rates of sub2 are far higher than F1s. F1 needs a hot signal and once you give it that, it should at par with sub2
