Not everyone has the best possible space for for it, regardless the bar still sounds amazing & she's not missing out on much with her placement because of her seating arrangements & content.
@@jrmcdonald821 Yea but her house does have it all she needs to do is take it down remove the box and reinstall it back to the wall to get the very best sound vs the sound waves enclose and pushing towards the front seats area only I didn’t want to say her back speakers would work better if on stands vs sound pushing into her headrest of the couch but at least the rest of her speakers 🔊 shoot all over the place
Nice place, Jenna! Looks like this system was a nice addition to it. Cheers!

My favorite sound bar. I already bought it a week ago and I’m loving it a lot. I’ll buy the sub 4 later, but the soundbar alone is just incredible too.
I think this uses that new speaker technology that they acquired from that one company that developed them. I'm SO curious about it, especially since it seems like a breakthrough in sound physics. SO COOL.
Your living room is a whole vibe. Also, the Jenna and Justine Comic book timeline is impossible to keep track of. I see this and I’m like.. wait, she is India with SuperSaf! … or is she!? 🧐😂thanks for all the great content!
The two ends and heights of the sound bar are literally blocked. This makes me believe that Sonos paid her to do this review given that I have the sound bar and if you block the ends you definitely have no side or up firing directional sound. She might want to redo this video. The entire sound bar even the up firing speakers are blocked inside of a box. That’s the reason why I question this review. She says it sounds great… just based on physics alone how is that possible?
the era 300’s front speaker is a single tweeter, and it’s literally turned off when used as a rear anyway, and you can NOT turn it on. There are 2 woofers and 3 tweeters in the back, and only those work when use as rears. Fun fact is a beam gen 2 with one sl’s is only 3 tweeters for the entire system. And it does magic with that. I have an arc ultra with era 300’s and a sub gen 3 and sub 4, 2 arcs with one sl’s and sub minis, and 2 beam gen 2’s with one sl’s and sub minis. The arc and one sl’s is 5 tweeters. The arc ultra with era 300’s is THIRTEEN tweeters!
That speech enhancement feature would be incredibly useful for me. There are certain shows and movies that are so difficult to understand what they’re saying that I either have to turn up the volume or turn on subtitles.
I’ve got the $ and am using my 15% upgrade discount through Sonos but I’m hesitating on pulling the trigger on upgrading from the arc to the arc ultra. I have 300s and dual subs so this upgrade would be awesome but I’m hesitant for some reason.
I upgraded my v1 Arc (dual Gen 3 subs+Fives) to the Arc Ultra. There is an improvement with dialogue with the Arc Ultra; but, I didn't have an issue in this area with my LG OLEDs. It doesn't feel like the Arc Ultra bass improvements sound/feel as dramatic because of the dual subs (probably more so in stand alone soundbar mode)? I did the upgrade because I wanted to move the v1 Arc into master bedroom to replace a Beam Gen 1 (move Beam into a spare room with no soundbar). Probably makes more sense to upgrade to the Arc Ultra if you have a home for the v1 Arc, no soundbar at all, or you are upgrading from a Beam/Ray.
I have the Sonos arc with ones as surrounds. Love it but only issue I’ve noticed is… When watching movies the volume levels of speech vs the background music of a movie scene … speech volume is sooo low, becomings annoying
Double check to make sure your TV eArc HDMI is set to bitstream/pass through and not Auto or PCM. PCM means the TV does the audio processing and then sends to the soundbar. Sometimes, PCM can send stereo or might not send all channels for 5.1; that, can result in low dialogue volume or low surrounds. I had to do the same for my cable box also.
If you only have the Arc, it would be more bang for the buck to add a sub and surrounds. The v1 Arc can still use Gen 1-4 subs, sub mini, Era 100/300, One/Symfonisk speakers, Play 1/3/5 speakers, and Fives. Adding any sub with Sonos/Symfonisk rears to the v1 Arc will sound better than the Arc Ultra alone.
Proof that influencers and reviewers don't know crap about sound and just lie on youtube, FYI - i trust Sonos but putting the speaker in box is so stupid! LOL
This is not a review. You don’t have the smallest idea about how to place the speakers! Neither the soundbar nor the surrounds. It’s just placed for reviews, sorry not sorry.
Nice try but you have no idea about audio setup, get the soundbar out of the enclosure seriously, not to mention you're being sponsored by Sonos that's embarrassing.
If you have a baby sleeping use the Ace headphones?? You are not a mom are you. You can’t hear your baby wearing headphones! Just turn the volume down a bit or use nightmode. Baby will be fine
The Nakamichi I had was the most amazing thing I’ve heard *but* it liked to randomly deafen you with loud static for no determinable reason and so it was returned. Sonos has been perfectly reliable.
Thats a loud telly not a theater system. Get a decent projector and say Onkyo Receiver and Miller Kreisel Speakers then you will know true Home Cinema. :)
Very nice, but your bar mount is blocking your side and upfiring speakers so you’re really not getting the full effect of the bar
Yea I was just going to text that as well I was trying to figure why put it in a box blocking the SoundWaves 😢
the moment i saw the cabinet, left right and upwards drivers are completely blocked.
Exactly. Why take it out of the box, only to put it in another box?

Atmos works by bouncing sound off of the ceiling and walls. *puts the soundbar in a box* 🤦🏻♂️

Great video Jenna, I hope your foot heals fast!!
Yeah I would get rid of the box enclosure to get the full effect of Dolby Atmos.
very cool stylish system hope your recovery is going well Jenna
I would love to seen the sound bar wall mounted without it being in a box as of now it blocks the upfiring and side firing speakers
Amazing living room. Sonos is awesome we have the speakers at my workplace. Well made video Jenna 😊
it seema a great Home Theater . i think it was a great video , Jenna
Great video! I’m a big fan of SONOS and would love to have that setup.
I love your videos. They're always so engaging and entertaining and it helps that I'm a tech nerd too.
sonos is incredible getting the 300s and sub 3 or 4 just increases the performance so much greater i have 2 300s gen 3 sub and arc ultra
i will saw the 300s and bar aren't being used correctly your just blocking speakers from doing their job

Jenna and iJustice, I love you and I’ll always adore your greatest Timelapse with your GoPro.
feels more like an ad for the Arc Ultra!
remove the box is a instant upgrade now you are just using a better "in the box" sonos beam
THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice setup x your home theatre, Jenna 🔊How does the new soundbar sound? Better or worse than a similar Bose system?
Awesome
I need this thing in my house right now lol
Nice video Jenna!
Invite us over for movie :). Great review though.
much resonance in the demo sound.
Looking forward to seeing your MacBook Pro M4 review!

This video makes me not want to buy Sonos Ultra , well done for sponsoring her Sonos 😂😂😂

It looks nice in that box but its blocking someof the sound. Reflections.
How much different is the vocal/dialogue quality versus the OG Arc?
This or bose ultra?

Lord get that arc out of that box
Thanks for sharing. That 7.1.4 setup is the easiest and best setup for a great sound experience while also looking minimal and modern.

I will keep my regular Sonos Arc 😅

Should have stuck with the Bose ultra soundbar with the Bose surrounds and Bose 700 subwoofer 🔊.
Not sure about the video…
Not a worthy upgrade from the Arc.

Nakamichi Dragon smokes that thing!!!!!

It costs more and is not versatile enough to separate the speakers.
