Having always achieved an A in education, I am absolutely desperate for an A. However as a native speaker and almost two weeks into the intensive four weeks I’m just not sure that’s going to happen, sadly. We lack the grammar as natives, (at least from England anyway, generally)! But I am really enjoying and using your content - thank you so much ❤

Hi there, yes I had a similar realization when I did my own course; 'in Ireland, they didn't teach us this stuff'. It can be a humbling experience when we have to examine something so natural as our native language, under a proverbial microscope.

Thank you so much for your advice. I do feel we should focus on best to best efforts and try to be more than A grade. We should check ourselves how much we can stretch ourselves.

Good for you! I had a similar experience way back when I was starting out. I had taught a little before I got my qualifications. It gave me a taste of things and a hunger to, as you say, up my game! Are you thinking about doing CELTA?
if you are interested, I will be running a course called "Life After CELTA" in the coming weeks. If you would like to check it out, here is a link: calendly.com/integratedskillsacademy/beyond-celta

So these are really practical and incredible approaches! I just found your channel and excited to learn all the CELTA related stuff !
Also would like to request, if there's any video on pre-CELTA training ? I have my exam due in 3 months, but I'm so concerned learning about it.

Hey I’m 20 years old and I’m planning to do CELTA course in British council. Well I don’t have any professional experience in teaching, do you think it’ll be an obstacle for me to take this, course ?

In fact, not having any experience could even be an advantage for you because you won't have any previous bad habits or preconceptions about teaching.
Where in the world are contacting me from?
I wish you every success with your course!!
