Hi Autumn, what would you suggested for a vegan replacement of greek yogurt? I have switched to a vegan diet last year and would love to implement the tips from your awesome videos. I truly enjoy the scientific facts that you offer!
Instead of Greek yogurt use Skyr. Even thicker and creamier than Greek . I had some for lunch today missed wirh my protein powder and college peptide and was like cookie dough haha
Your system is the only one that has ever worked for me and I have tried everything else and I really do mean everything! I have a question though. If I follow what you say in the bunddle I lose weight but how do I stop losing weight if I keep using it? Does the body understand when there is no more fat to burn and stops even though we continue to eat the same? How does that work?
Hi! With vegan yogurts, it's important to add protein back in, as it won't inherently have a high amount of protein (also important to look for a low sugar brand). For example, you can take a dairy-free, low-sugar yogurt and stir in a serving of a plant-based protein powder to get a similar effect.

As always thank you for the wonderful and useful information!! I was just confused on one point you made... So now I’m a bit concerned! Can you clarify this for me? I would appreciate it! Otherwise, thank you for all you share!🙏🏻
1st off...I LOVE YOUR ENERGY!!! You have tons of info that is super helpful for me. I have a question.....What pace (mph) would you say is a good walking pace to NOT increase cortisol levels? I do a workout in the morning. If, I haven’t meant my 10k or more steps in the evening, I hop on my treadmill. I keep it between 3.5 and 4 mph. but I worry if I am going too fast and tapping into cortisol levels. Your thoughts?
I don't eat milk products. Normally I have soy yoghurt. Is that a good substitute for greek yogurt? I live in the Netherlands and it's the cheapest non milk yoghurt I can find without sugar. I do add fruit and nuts. On the package it says it contains 5 grams of protein per 100 ml. No carbs and 3.5 g of fat.
Hey Autumn! The only organic grassfed yoghurt I can find is olympic, which isnt greek, but it is 3.5%. The carbs:protein is about 5g:10g. Would this suffice?
I started intermittent fasting from last 3 days, today was actually the 3rd day but I wasn't hungry almost the whole day. Is that normal? Am I still going to lose weight or my body just directly went to survival mode? I am trying to educate myself. If possible please answer. Thank you 😊
Same with me. I am on my second day and I feel I should be hungry but I'm not. We eat more because of set meal times which is all made up. I watch a TH-camr called Carlos and he explains everything about fasting
Do the benefits of sunlight and negative ions and all that depend on being in direct sunlight or is it helpful to hang out in the shade or in your car or in be outside on a partially cloudy day?
That’s a great question - by being exposed to nature (ie with wind, being in the shade by the beach, walking in a shady area in the park, etc) you’re still exposed to negative ions. However, if you’re in the sun, you get the added benefit of vitamin D as well.
Hey Autumn! Love all your content, I’ve been bingeing it for the last 3 days. I really really like this way of eating and want to implement it. I do notice you use berries because of their low GI but I’m allergic to berries. Do you have suggestion for a low GI alternative to berries that I can use to help flavor my food ? Thank you! 😊🙏🏽❤️
What about if you have dairy sensitivity, what are some good substitutions? I usually just try to avoid dairy all together. The dairy free yogurts I typically eat have a ton of sugar in them and I want to get away from that.
Hey there! Quick question when you have a moment lol your using Greek yogurt, I have in possession Indian yogurt.... Will this still work so I'm not wasting money?? The nutrition facts of what I have are 3g fat, 135mg sodium, 0 fiber, 8g protein an 8g sugar.. is this worth keeping or throwing away lol I have a ton of it! Please help! Please an thank you!
Hi! You can actually take any yogurt and strain it to turn it into Greek yogurt, which will get the protein content higher! I have a video coming out on this really soon. Stay tuned!!
I have been doing this for about 2 years and have lost around 100lbs. I am 50. But heart problems and stroke problems run in the family. My father had a heart attack at around 55 and my brother had one at 48 and had a stroke last year. How does all this red meat affect those issues? Should I worry?
How do we know we're not eating too MUCH dietary fat? Doesn't our body burn the dietary fat before our own fat? I'm 240 lb and 5 ft 9 in and I'm having such a hard time getting this balance in. I eat enough fat to try to keep me satiated but I'm not losing any weight so I don't know if I may be eating too much dietary fat 😭😭😭😭 PS... Autumn, I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! Hi!! I'm so excited for you to get started with the Programs!! Regarding enough/too much fat - this can vary depending on your needs. Fat is one of the main tools for satiety, but if you're not getting enough protein or you're eating too much sugar, this can throw it out of balance as well. I also recently came out with a video on questions to ask yourself if you've plateaued that you might find useful here: th-cam.com/video/WgwV2qsLIqA/w-d-xo.html

How long before eating should you have the water with apple cider vinegar? I started doing this based on another of your videos. But I’m not sure if I do it immediately before or start like 20 minutes before...? Thank you for the great, helpful videos!
Hi Autumn! Loved the video!! I was wondering, would these tips also help to reduce fat around other parts of your body? I specifically am currently struggling with trying to lose fat around my thighs and therefore was wondering if I should be doing something else to tackle that area.
Fat loss cannot technically be "targeted." If you are losing fat you are losing fat everywhere. I heard to try to target a specific area is to work that area out in a fasted state. I was doing a little video for losing fat in my arms every morning in a fasted state on top of clean eating and regular workout routine and saw lots of results in as little as a week. "GlowithJo" or something like that is a channel that has a fast burning legs video. Take care!

The main concern with dairy-free yogurts is that it generally is very low in protein. I like using greek yogurt because it inherently has a pretty significant amount of protein. So in order to achieve the same level of protein with a dairy-free yogurt, you may need to stir in a serving of a protein powder as well. (And check the sugar content of the brand you're using!)
I was eating that!! Hahaha before see your video!😱 But I add chia to the yogurt and some walnuts as well. 🤭 Obviously I do 1.5 hours of workout m/f 🔥🔥 I’m on fire 😂

9 grams of fat s pretty typical for greek yogurt and 7 grams protein. You are obviously refering to a specific brand not just all or any greek yogurt. What kind has 11 grams?
