This hits SO HARD, man! I always get goosebumps when that main melody kicks in, but this arrangement doubled that feeling. The percussion is excellent!
You did the one thing here that nobody else really does in remixes of this song: You put the brass forward in the main melody. Hearing somebody finally do it, I felt something that, I think, resembled joy. You see, Everybody gets that wrong. They move strings to the front, or make the electronica/techno/synthesizers the prominent feature. That kills the main vibe of the song, which is supposed to be bombastic, reckless, and somewhat military. Still, you don't overuse it. It's present, but not there all the time. I can recognize it when it hits as being right, but it doesn't dominate the arrangement. This is the first remix of this song other than the restored soundtrack that I would consider acceptable, get amped up for, even, if it was in a Metroid movie trailer, and the fact that you used the main Metroid theme the way you did at the end makes it even better in that regard. In short, this pleases me. You have done well, and should be proud -- And this comes from someone who has been listening to this song for thirty-one years.
This really capture how incredible samus is. Its violent, yet heroic at the same time. I like how you included the metroid title screen at the end. This is the kind of 'samus theme' i want to hear when prime 4 comes out!
Maybe it’s the instruments you’re using, but mostly the attitude of the song that reminds me of the very anthemic main menu theme of UT classic. Awesome stuff!
That would be incredible, but be careful what you wish for... Not that Nintendo would go as low as Microsoft would, but remember what they did to a certain other futuristic silent armored protagonist...
@@Infinity868 I assume you’re referring to Halo. I never played or watched it, but I’ve heard the reviews for the movies were terrible. I certainly want them to do right by Samus’s character, but at the same time, I want her to HAVE a character to speak of. If their new Mario movie is a success, it might open the door for other cinematic opportunities. They already have a star actress chomping at the bit to play Samus, so why not?
@@TVHead003 I didn't actually know about that. Tbh, I'm way more of a Metroid fan than Halo, I just know about it because of how they basically ruined the character as much as they possibly could and I care about that kind of thing. But I am confident that Nintendo has respect for their characters and would never do that, and a live action movie would be great, as long as they keep the acting pretty consistent with the character from Dread, which I think has some the best character portrayal in the franchise. I just wonder what they would make it about. Can't wait to see!
@@Infinity868 Dread was undoubtedly the magnum opus for the sidescroller series, but I’m not sure about her character in it. Personally, I think we got the best glimpse of her character in Fusion with her inner monologues and occasional dialogue. It proved she wasn’t as fearless as we might have expected her to be. Dread showed a dauntless degree of confidence and she was more powerful than we’d ever known her to be. Yes, I’d like to see Dread’s version in action, but I wouldn’t complain about seeing a more vulnerable side to her. Powerful as she may be, she’s still human
Realistically, Samas would shave her head, or give herself a haircut that couldn't get in her eyes, right? I'd love to see her in one of those hot "lesbian" haircuts in a future game. Better than the cliche hyperblond situation she was given in Metroid Prime, IMO.

Thank you so much! It means alot to me, lots of work went into the details of the percussion and sound effects💙
@@Plasma3Music omg noteblock was here !
This Would be Awesome for a Metroid Movie
I would be in tears of joy if I heard this in the live action Metroid movie lol
With ZERO words. All cinematography and the necessary special effects.

Error. Unable to suppress Metroid Cell growth. Attempting to find alternate solution.
Solution found. Altering armor variables. Reseting select variables. Augmenting select variables. Creating new variables. Re-balancing variables. New Mode: Orphan Revised now available. Mode O.R. accepted. Maximized anti-X protocol are now online. Is that okay, Lady?

ok the song is sick and a nostalgia rush, but whoever made the card didnt know what cinematic means
KICK ACE!!!
Please God, let this or the Metroid Prime theme be the title song for a live action Metroid movie
that would be awesome

Isn’t this just the prologue theme from the Metroid series in general?
Yes, thats right! I might remove the dread part
Hi , I want to ask. Could I use your remix? Of cource with all links and descriptions.

Realistically she wouldn't, since the Chozo didn't pluck out all their feathers when donning the suit. 😂
epicness 20/20
use of ai 0/20
That line aged horribly.
