I worked with this same process when I was about 16~17 years old. There is no pain because the acid used is not pure, but the skin on the hands is very chapped.
@MrProsoft I worked as an electrician and we had acid batteries for emergency power supply and when we maintenanced them, I got splashes on my hands and that really felt not good.
My eyes burn just watching this. The damn corrosion is enough to hurt, and this dude is just casually handling that with his hands.
I liked the use of saftey flip flops.
Work place rules
1. Don’t wear sandals
2. Always wear a mask around toxic fumes
3. Always wear gloves when working with battery acid!
This too drives me crazy.... Wonderful work but at what cost? Bet his health insurance cost are high! Sorry, what health insurance, you just get sick and die there!!!
