36 Bus Stop and lots of Rain

This is now the No. 5 Bus Route and runs from St. Anne's to Clifton Down via Barton Hill, the Centre and Park Street.
First’s statement “The service will operate 7 days a week and offer late journeys up to 21:45, allowing you time to enjoy the restaurants, bars and nightlife of Clifton Village.”
How can you enjoy “Nightlife of Clifton” when the buses finish so early?
By the time you get there, it’s time to leave!
The last buses from Clifton are as follows:
Clifton, Christ Church.
Weekday: 21:45
Saturday: 22:05
Sunday: 19:20

Says bus is delayed by an hour, so instead of going home and coming back 55 mins later, decides to stand in the rain getting drenched. This guy clearly not 5000 IQ.

He said he was waiting for a bus. Not everyone drives, and just because it rains doesn't mean they don't still need to get somewhere, work, appointment, etc.
