Today I wanted to re-create (from memory) some subtle Christmas nail designs i found on pinterest!
I'm not a huge fan of over the top Christmas nails so I thought i'd share these more subtle yet festive french tips you can do at home!

I adore the idea that there is a perfect manicure for showing that you like Christmas but making sure that people don't ask too many questions 🎄💅🏼🧐

I'm so jelly at how good you freehand French tips.
I start off doing well, second-guess myself, and muck it up. Every. Single. Time.
Got a guide plate, and instead of leaving it be after I paint it, I start to second-guess, and ruin them.
The ones you didn’t like were still well done and a cool technique- I think the ‘brush strokes’ one would look really cool with black, gunmetal and purple or something
i think if you use a deeper, darker green the design might come out more christmasy and less toothpaste-y 😆but i genuinely did like all of the designs!
You did a really great job. I love your French tip technique. I think you’re fantastic. I used to be a nail tech but retired about 5 years ago before all this gel stuff became popular. I admire your skill ♥️☮️🖤
As someone with zero artistic talent it is so fascinating to me watching someone bring an entire design to life using their own creativity

I love the 2nd one. I don’t think what you painted is an actual PLANT but it looks to me like garland so it’s totally Christmasy and the berries gave it pizzazz without going overboard. Thanks for the idea. Simple yet festive too.

Hey James, idk if you'll ever see this, but I used to have the same issue with stars. What fixed it for me is a longer liner brush, anywhere in the 20-30mm range. Hope this helps!

it only looks toothpaste-ish because of that shade of green. With a darker evergreen color, particularly one with a little shimmer and sparkle in it, it would be fine
