Poly burlap flower with a rose center

- We’ll call this poly burlap flower shades of pink. I’ll show you how to make the flower folds, attach and create that beautiful rose looking center.
Supplies needed
. Wreath frame (I used 14”)
Poly burlap (total 54 10x10 pieces)
Wood burner or cutting supply
Zip ties
Plastic grid
Pipe cleaners

It turned out beautiful!!! I love it! ❤️ I just started making wreaths about 4 months ago and now I want to move on to flowers.

You’re welcome and yes should and hand issues are difficult when you’re a crafter. I had to learn to space out certain types of wreaths orders. I’m hard headed so I won’t stop 😂. It's a gorgeous wreath!!! Speaking out of experience, I recommend gathering the burlap the way Julie does it from 'Julie's Wreath Boutique'. You get the same result - it's faster, less bulky and there's no strain on your hands/wrists... You take 2 opposite points (diagonally) and bring them to the centre. You then twist the center and overlap the two petals. I've watched some of her older videos and apparently she was forming the petals the way you're doing them here... Maybe she figured out that the original way was more tedious. ..💗

I have tried my hand at some of the poly mesh wreaths. You make it look easy, but it can be challenging to say the least. Your color choices and different mesh types were brilliant! Beautiful is an understatement...
You’re so kind. I find the poly burlap much easier to work with and it has less fraying. If you cut with the wood burning you’ll start looking for projects 🤣

Wow I recently worked with the Poly Burlap. Never had before. I love the texture. I love the stiffness and the way you can shape it. I am a newbee. I have to say you really explain things so even a newbee like me can understand. The center I have seen & never thought I could ever do. Hey Girl! Great wreath.....just an FYI if you use a pencil eraser to push the fabric together it will give your hands & shoulders a break! (in a good way, LOL) Twist the wreath instead of your wrists to tighten the chenille stems.
