Omg these comments. It says dollar tree hall so that's probably where she got the roses and glue gun. She's clearly using a piece of fabric so go to any fabric store.... the size wouldn't matter what she did because you'd make it to the size you need. What's with the questions. None asking things NOT shown like did you use PVC pipes to make your stand to hold it up

Start at the bottom with the white to make the ruffle size match up on both sides

I like as lot your way to do wreath, but as far as I know the butterflies have both sides the same design. Sorry for my comment.
