The trash bag you bought. The weight is usually filled with fiberfill or something that you can stick pins in. When I make them I use sand and a weight. Love the fabric at your Hobby Lobby, wish mine had all that.

Thanks for the vlog Tiffany, always a pleasure to watch. I am not sewing a lot this month, but what I am sewing is for the sewyellowforendo and sewfrugal challenges. I've made a Harper Cardigan and a Laundry Day Tee already. The Laundry Day Tee is going to become a staple for me, I really love it. I'm not sure about the Harper Cardigan yet, I need to tweak it a bit and make another before I decide whether I like it enough for it to become a staple. I've got some lovely mustard bamboo jersey to make another Laundry Day Tee for sewyellowforendo, and some beautiful cotton double gauze with daisies on too for a Remy Raglan. I'm also following along with the QAL from Dizzy Quilts and Sews, and have completed the latest block. Thanks again for the video - happy sewing :)

Looking forward to seeing that Easter dress! Daffodils are out everywhere here in Philadelphia, PA - a little early, but it got warm and they can't help it 😄. I love the hot pads you are making, and you are right that it's fun to have something easy to do while watching TV or chatting with friends. I make hot pads from scraps of quilting cotton with flannel squares for "batting" inside - there are so many fun prints that I can have something for every season or holiday. This week I tried to figure out how to make a RTW cotton sweater a little smaller under the arms and as of yet, haven't figured it out yet...

Hi Tiffany! Congratulations to Blanche! I cut out a double sided apron that I purchased pattern and fabric in Maine. One side will be lobster print and the other blueberry print. Mostly, I’ve been knitting on my mitered square blanket and two pairs of socks. I love the bamboo sock yarn for summer socks. I have my fabric ready to cut a dress and a blouse. I have to get those cut out then just sew one day, knit one day, and repeat😂.

Thanks for the vlog Tiffany, always a pleasure to watch. I am not sewing a lot this month, but what I am sewing is for the sewyellowforendo and sewfrugal challenges. I've made a Harper Cardigan and a Laundry Day Tee already. The Laundry Day Tee is going to become a staple for me, I really love it. I'm not sure about the Harper Cardigan yet, I need to tweak it a bit and make another before I decide whether I like it enough for it to become a staple. I've got some lovely mustard bamboo jersey to make another Laundry Day Tee for sewyellowforendo, and some beautiful cotton double gauze with daisies on too for a Remy Raglan. I'm also following along with the QAL from Dizzy Quilts and Sews, and have completed the latest block. Thanks again for the video - happy sewing :)

Looking forward to seeing that Easter dress! Daffodils are out everywhere here in Philadelphia, PA - a little early, but it got warm and they can't help it 😄. I love the hot pads you are making, and you are right that it's fun to have something easy to do while watching TV or chatting with friends. I make hot pads from scraps of quilting cotton with flannel squares for "batting" inside - there are so many fun prints that I can have something for every season or holiday. This week I tried to figure out how to make a RTW cotton sweater a little smaller under the arms and as of yet, haven't figured it out yet...

Hi Tiffany! Congratulations to Blanche! I cut out a double sided apron that I purchased pattern and fabric in Maine. One side will be lobster print and the other blueberry print.
Mostly, I’ve been knitting on my mitered square blanket and two pairs of socks. I love the bamboo sock yarn for summer socks.
I have my fabric ready to cut a dress and a blouse. I have to get those cut out then just sew one day, knit one day, and repeat😂.
